Restorative Yoga

Settle into a soothing restorative yoga session that uses supportive tools like bolsters, blocks, blankets, weighted bags, and other props to ease physical tension and invite a quiet, steady mind. With these aids, alignment and poses become more accessible, which can deepen release and support healing. The approach is informed by the work of Judith Lasater, BKS Iyengar, and other pioneers of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Expect breathwork, guided meditation, and time for Yoga Nidra. Sessions may highlight relief for tight necks, shoulders, and hips while helping reduce overall stress in both body and mind. No prior experience is required, and the practice suits beginners, multi-discipline athletes, those who do not feel flexible, and advanced practitioners. The room is not heated or air conditioned and tends to feel slightly warm.

Aligned Beginnings: The Floor Series

A four-session guided floor series for moms and babies ages 3 to 12 months, up until walking. Each class focuses on early movement foundations on the floor, including tummy time, rolling, sitting, transitions, and crawling, so little ones can build confidence before they start exploring upright. Instruction is individualized, with the instructor checking in on each baby to spot any sticking points and offering clear, practical ways to support progress at home between sessions. Brief lessons are included to explain how crawling supports brain development and helps organize the nervous system for milestones ahead. Families of babies with a history of tension or tightness may find this especially helpful, and everyone is welcome. There is no requirement to be a chiropractic patient, and it can serve as a gentle first step for those curious about an evaluation. Pricing is $45 for a single session or $150 for the complete four-part series.
