Kidz Club offers a family-friendly craft session where creativity takes center stage. Children of all ages can make a holiday or seasonal project, with all supplies provided so imagination is all that is needed. The activity is free while supplies last and takes place in the Food Court, creating a simple way to celebrate each season through hands-on fun.

These gentle qigong classes focus on improving balance and strength, with benefits often felt after the first week, noticed within two weeks, and building toward confident, easy movement within a month. The program follows a 36-step sequence that is practiced and refined week by week to deepen understanding and form. Sessions are held twice a week in the morning and evening, and each class lasts one hour. The first session is free, and an RSVP is required for each class to secure a spot. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and to wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing. Expect slow, flowing standing movements with bending and reaching that coordinate breath and mind, engage stabilizer muscles, stretch and strengthen the body, and move stagnant qi to help regenerate and revitalize.

This free nature scavenger hunt on the woodland trails of Gertrude M Boyden Wildlife Refuge is led by Rob Hellstrom. Participants search for various items along the trail and compete for prizes. The program will be canceled in heavy rain, while light rain will not stop it.
