Wednesdays PANINI Album Sticker Trading Event - CambridgeSide
Swap Panini World Cup 2026 stickers, compare collections, and connect with fellow soccer fans at this friendly trading meetup hosted by UNLMTD Sports and Boston Soccer Shop at CambridgeSide. Bring your duplicates to trade and make progress on your album while opening packs and searching for rare finds. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Items available for purchase include official Panini WC 26 sticker albums, sticker boxes and packs, authentic soccer jerseys, World Cup merchandise and gear, plus scarves, hats, and other accessories. Celebrate the road to the 2026 tournament with a community of collectors.
Boston Soccer ShopWFF x Balter - UP Rooftop Garden Fusion Dance
WFF teams up with Balter for a fusion dance gathering at the UP Rooftop Garden, an outdoor space on the fourth floor. After a very cold October dance at this spot last year, the event returns in nicer weather. Music will be provided by DJs to be announced, and the program includes short performances from local dance crews. Masks are optional, and a limited supply will be available upon request. The WFF Code of Conduct applies to all attendees. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. Be mindful that dance norms can differ between scenes, ask your partner first and do not assume dips, lifts, close embrace, or body rolls are welcome. When inviting someone to dance, ask whether they would like to lead, follow, or switch. It is always acceptable to decline a dance for any reason. Alcohol and other recreational drugs are not permitted at the dance. Prospective DJs for future WFF events may contact Alex, Teresa, or Faith.
The Asphalt Jungle (1950)
The Asphalt Jungle, John Huston’s influential heist drama, follows an older criminal mastermind newly freed from prison who enlists a prosperous attorney and a carefully chosen crew for a million-dollar jewel raid. Set in a smog-laden Midwestern city, the story builds to a gripping, methodical depiction of the break-in and its aftermath that helped shape the crime genre. The ensemble delivers rich performances, with Sterling Hayden’s steely presence and Marilyn Monroe in an early breakout turn among the standouts. Balancing hard-edged realism with empathy, the film reveals both the skill and the vulnerability of its underworld figures, showcasing a filmmaker in full command of his craft.
Coolidge Corner TheatreA Midsummer Night's Dream: Free Shakespeare on the Common
Commonwealth Shakespeare Company marks its 30th anniversary with A Midsummer Night’s Dream, reimagined as a neon-lit festival where rules loosen and self-expression comes alive. Young lovers weave through a realm of enchantment as Puck, portrayed by The Skivvies’ Nick Cearley, and a mischievous fairy crew spin fate like late-night DJs, stirring music, mystery, and playful chaos across the scene. Directed by CSC Founding Artistic Director Steven Maler, this Free Shakespeare on the Common production takes place at the Parkman Bandstand on Boston Common and is presented in partnership with the City of Boston, Mayor Michelle Wu, Boston Parks and Recreation, and the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture. All performances feature open captions, with captions powered by CCTheater from AccessTech, LLC. Select performances also offer ASL interpretation and audio description with a tactile tour. Admission is free. Attendees may bring modest food items and are asked to avoid umbrellas, tents, and canopies to maintain clear views. Blankets and personal chairs are welcome, and chairs can be rented in advance online or on site for $10. Premium seating in the Friends section is available with a donation of $100 or more.
