    Reverend Horton Heat

Elkton Music Hall, 107 North St, Elkton · verified Sep 13
    See details

Reverend Horton Heat roars in with a rocket-fueled blend of country, blues, and rock, stitching honky-tonk grit to psychobilly swagger with a touch of sci‑fi flair. Frontman Jim Heath leads a show built on searing guitar and thundering upright bass, channeling classic rock and roll showmanship with nods to Screamin’ Jay Hawkins and Buddy Holly. The vibe lands like a retro drive-in vision with a futuristic jolt, and their catalog stretches from the cinematic sweep of Big Sky to the breathless sprint of 400 Bucks and the raw jolt of Psychobilly Freakout. For years, Heath and bassist Jimbo Wallace have toured the world under a simple credo to rock hard, drive fast, and live true. Special guest Messer Chups opens the show, bringing cult surf-rock energy with eerie instrumentals, retro horror aesthetics, and twang-soaked riffs that fuse vintage B-movie spirit with a modern edge. This event is mostly standing room, with a limited number of seated tickets available. For ADA accommodations, contact Info@ElktonMusicHall.com.
