Beginner Group Class / 100L

Build a solid foundation with a six week beginner group class held indoors at Leash Free Living in Millersville. In a small group setting, participants work on core skills including Heel, Sit, Stand, Down, Come, Stay, and Place, then learn how to use these cues to redirect and replace unwanted behaviors. Training follows a balanced approach that blends positive reinforcement through food, praise, and play with clear pressure and release guidance on a slip leash. The goal is a positive learning experience for the dog along with a communication system that remains reliable around distractions. Methods and tools are adjusted to suit each dog and handler team. Do not bring your dog to the first class. A minimum of four students is required for the class to run. If enrollment is low, the class will be canceled and payments refunded in full. Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather with advance email notification, and when that occurs a make up class is typically added the week after the course concludes at the same day and time unless otherwise noted. Students or dogs that disrupt the group may be dismissed, and any remaining class credits can be applied to a different training program. Unenrollment is fully refundable if requested at least 72 hours before the first class. After that point, group classes are non refundable and non transferable. Make up sessions are not offered, though students may schedule a 30 minute private appointment at the facility with an apprentice trainer to cover missed material for $50.

Yoga Foundations: Start, Restart, or Refine 5-Week Workshop July 2026

Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time, returning after a long pause, or practicing regularly and unsure about your form, this five week workshop offers clear, supportive guidance for every starting point. It slows the pace so you can learn with confidence and build a practice that lasts. Across the series, you will focus on the essentials of yoga: sound alignment in postures, mindful breathwork, and skillful use of props, including blocks, straps, and blankets, so each pose meets your body’s needs. Every shape is demonstrated before you try it, instruction is detailed, and questions are central to the experience. New students never have to play catch up. If you are returning, the environment encourages a steady rebuild of strength and assurance at a pace that respects where you are today. If you already practice, you will refine technique, address long standing sticking points, and support sensitive areas like knees, shoulders, and the lower back. Small, precise adjustments can shift how your practice feels in meaningful ways. Take part in the full series or join select sessions. By the end, you will have a reliable foundation for any class and for everyday movement, with flexibility of mind leading the way.

Be Still and Know: Live Handpan and Guided Breath Meditation with Reiki

At Bloom Mind. Body. Soul, this restorative evening brings together live handpan music, guided breath meditation, and group Reiki to support a return to inner quiet. Breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner Amanda diMonda of Balsamic Moon Alchemy leads the meditation, while handpan musician and sound healer Jaxon Phoenix provides an enveloping live soundscape. Amanda is certified as both a Transformational and 9D Breathwork Facilitator and is also a Soul Purpose Coach. Jaxon is a musician, sound healer, and author. Group Reiki is offered throughout, allowing breath, sound, and energy to work together in support of presence, clarity, and grounded awareness. The intention is to soften mental chatter, reconnect with the breath and inner knowing, and conclude feeling restored and renewed. After the meditation, herbal tea, easy conversation, and an optional sharing circle are available for those who wish to linger. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Bring a yoga mat or other cushioned mat, along with pillows or blankets for extra support, a water bottle, and an optional journal. An eye mask can be helpful, and new masks will also be available. Resonance: Unleash Your Power - 9D Transformational Breathwork + Reiki with Live Handpan Integration

Experience a guided 9D transformational breathwork journey with Reiki and live handpan music at prana studio, powered by yoga. This offering is designed to help release stress and limiting beliefs, reconnect with inner strength, and cultivate clarity. It welcomes first‑timers and seasoned practitioners alike, and creates a compassionate, supportive environment where participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. Wearing provided headphones, participants rest comfortably while immersive audio with healing frequencies supports deep states of relaxation and insight. Throughout the session, facilitator Amanda diMonda offers continuous guidance with trauma‑aware, science‑informed practices that include coaching, visualization, affirmations, somatic breathing to clear stagnant energy, and ongoing Reiki for the room and intuitively as needed. After the breathwork concludes, headphones come off and a quiet integration period follows with live handpan music by Jaxon Phoenix, allowing time to ground, reflect, and absorb the experience. The session runs approximately two to two and a half hours, including an introduction, the breathwork journey, and about 30 minutes of live music and integration. Participation is limited to 12 people. Headphones, mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and eye masks are provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and many participants bring a water bottle and an optional journal. A light meal or fasting for at least two hours beforehand is suggested. An online waiver is required before participation, and there may be a brief share circle and space for questions at the end. Safety is important. Breathwork is not suitable for everyone, including people with certain medical or mental health conditions such as cardiovascular issues, high or irregular blood pressure, a history of aneurysm, epilepsy or seizures, recent surgery, osteoporosis, glaucoma, pregnancy, heavy medication use, severe psychiatric symptoms like psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, active addiction, unmanaged mental illness, or those in an acute emotional or spiritual crisis. Anyone with concerns is encouraged to consult a physician in advance. Confirming attendance indicates acknowledgment of these cautions and personal responsibility. Facilitators include handpan musician and sound healer Jaxon Phoenix, and Amanda diMonda, certified in Transformational Breathwork and 9D Breathwork, a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner and Soul Purpose Coach.

Crystal Ashram Monthly Meditation in Annapolis

Experience a monthly community sound bath in Annapolis, a calming immersion in resonant tones designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. A sound frequency specialist from the Human Activation School of Expanded Consciousness will play a collection of rare Tibetan singing bowls, including instruments that are centuries old and crafted from a blend of seven to twelve metals, creating rich layers of sound. The practice is non-religious and welcomes newcomers. The evening nods to both ancient roots and modern perspectives, referencing Himalayan history of singing bowls as well as contemporary interest from Harvard-affiliated physicians and work by Mitchel Gaynor of Cornell in integrative medicine. Attendees are encouraged to bring pillows, blankets, and yoga mats, and may sit, lie down, or stand to take in the vibrations. A brief reception sets a gentle tone, the meditation then begins without late entry, and a contemplative conversation follows the shared experience. Beginner Group Class / 100L

This six week indoor group course at Leash Free Living in Millersville focuses on foundational dog training in a supportive small class setting. Participants learn core cues such as heel, sit, stand, down, come, stay, and place, then practice using these skills to redirect and replace unwanted behaviors. Dogs do not attend the first class. The program uses a balanced approach that combines rewards like food, praise, and play with pressure and release guidance on a slip leash to build reliability around distractions. Trainers adjust methods and tools to suit the needs of each dog and handler team. The course requires a minimum of four students to run. If enrollment is low, it will be cancelled and payments will be refunded in full. Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, with email notice sent at least two hours before class, and a make up is typically added the week after the course ends at the same date and time unless otherwise noted. Students or dogs that are disruptive may be removed, and any remaining credits can be applied to a different training program. Unenrollment is fully refundable if requested at least 72 hours before the start of class. After that deadline, group classes are not refundable or transferable. There are no make up sessions for missed classes, though students can arrange a 30 minute private session at the facility with an apprentice trainer to cover missed material for $50.

Rules are set, so competitors should prepare their trucks to match the class they plan to enter, and those interested in sponsoring a class may contact the organizer. Stock Turbo is limited to diesel trucks with a factory stock turbocharger and no modifications such as billet compressor wheels, turbine wheel changes, altered map grooves, clipped wheels, or any other turbo work. Any fuel system is allowed and nitrous is not permitted. Work Stock is for diesel trucks running drop in replacement VGT units or S300 based turbochargers, with any fuel system allowed and no nitrous. Daily Driver is diesel only with DOT tires and fuel only, allows any turbocharger and fuel system, and requires a full interior, a full bed, and stock style suspension. Street Truck is diesel only and fuel only, allows any turbocharger and fuel system, requires a full interior with the rear seat allowed to be removed if the truck has a cage, requires a full bed, and permits a factory frame four link. Run What Ya Brung is open to all gas and diesel pickup trucks with no limitations. A formal protest process is available. A competitor may file a protest with a $500 fee if they believe another truck violates class rules. If a violation is confirmed, the $500 is returned to the protesting competitor. If the truck is found legal, the $500 goes to the competitor who was protested. Additional rules, payout details, and the event schedule will be shared soon.

The Get Permission Approach to Anxious Eaters, Anxious Mealtimes

An in-person training at Keller Williams Realty Flagship of Maryland introduces the Get Permission Approach for anxious eaters and challenging mealtimes. This interactive session covers responsive feeding practices grounded in research for individuals who feel cautious around food. It looks closely at eaters often labeled picky by considering emotions, sensory and neurobiological factors, neurodiverse learning styles, environments, how foods are presented, and past experiences that shape choices. Participants examine current findings in feeding and brain science that are changing practice, the reasons to move away from the picky label, and how lived experience strengthens support for each child and their family. The approach centers on a trusting feeding relationship. Adults choose what is offered and guide therapy, while the child sets the pace. Children are the experts on their own feelings, and the adult role is to listen with empathy and respond to what is being communicated in the moment. The focus shifts from compliance to emotional and sensory safety, from external rewards to internal motivation, from doing to children to working with them, and from directing bites to offering appropriate, stepwise opportunities. The session blends lecture, case video examples, and active participation so attendees leave with practical treatment strategies presented through a compassionate lens.
