Annapolis Town Center presents an open-air music series that blends live performances with plenty of dining options. Settle in on the lawn with a blanket, enjoy a meal on a patio, or pick up food from nearby eateries. Augie’s Mussel House + Sports Bar partners with the Town Center to operate a drink tent at every concert. Please note that outside alcohol and coolers are not permitted, and any adult beverages purchased from the drink tent must stay within the event space. For added comfort, the SPCA of Anne Arundel County will be on site offering chair rentals for a $2 donation, with all proceeds supporting their fundraising efforts. If weather affects the event, updates will be shared on social media. The series runs weekly through August.

Oliver, a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, engineer, and producer with nearly three decades in music, continues to reach listeners around the world. His recent album A New Light reunites him with smooth jazz radio through a set of original pieces co-produced with Michael “B” Broening and featuring collaborators such as Jeff Kashiwa on the title track, Vinnie Colaiuta, and Larry Antonino. Known for melodic writing that weaves subtle electronics, world influences, pop hooks, and jazz detail, he builds on the spirit of earlier releases like Radiant and Illuminate. His catalog spans 14 full-length albums, from a best-of collection and a live set to a holiday record, a solo guitar project in 2022 titled Sojourn, and a duo release with Brian Simpson, Unified, that topped Billboard and Amazon jazz sales charts. Pop Punk Camp

Dive into the high-energy world of pop punk with a week of music-making that highlights the genre’s early 1990s rise on the airwaves and features songs by bands such as Green Day, Paramore, Blink 182, No Doubt, and Fall Out Boy. Campers spend the week rehearsing and practicing, mixed with fun, music-based games and activities, then wrap it all up with a live performance of the songs they have learned. This program is designed for students ages 7 to 18 who have some prior musical instruction and is led by talented camp instructors for an engaging, educational experience. Students should bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection each day. To support a safe and welcoming environment, please avoid packing nut products, and do not bring toy or real weapons.

Yachtley Crew

Yachtley Crew, the seven-piece SoCal group known as The Titans of Soft Rock, brings the smooth sounds of Yacht Rock to life in nautical suits and captain’s hats. Since emerging in 2017, they have sold out clubs, helped spark a nationwide wave of soft rock nostalgia, and earned a signing from Jimmy Buffett’s Mailboat label before partnering with Earache/Universal Records. The lineup features drummer Rob Jones (Sailor Hawkins), bassist Chaz Ruiz (Baba Buoy), guitarist Thomas Gardner Jr. (Tommy Buoy), backing vocalist Curt Clendenin (Stoney Shores), saxophonist and flutist Paul Pate (Pauly Shores), keyboardist Matt Grossman (Matthew McDonald), and new lead vocalist Ian Ward (Captain Ian). Ward’s résumé spans Broadway and international stages, with roles in Rock of Ages, RENT, American Idiot, and Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hollywood Bowl, along with an American Idol appearance and collaborations with Sir Tim Rice, Idina Menzel, Pat Benatar, and Cyndi Lauper. Presented by 97Underground.com at Rams Head On Stage, John Corabi & Friends delivers a set drawing from Corabi’s career-spanning catalog of more than three decades. The former singer and songwriter for The Scream and Mötley Crüe, and current frontman of The Dead Daisies, leads a lineup assembled for the New Day 2025-26 tour. Paul Taylor contributes keyboards, guitar, and vocals, bringing experience as a founding member of Winger and work with Alice Cooper, Steve Perry, and Eric Martin, and he also played keyboards on Corabi’s album New Day. Jeremy Asbrock returns on lead guitar and vocals after touring with Corabi during the Live 94 run in 2014 and 2015, and he has performed with the Gene Simmons Band and Ace Frehley. Michael Devin handles bass and vocals, a longtime collaborator who has shared stages with Corabi in The Dead Daisies and spent twelve years touring and recording with Whitesnake. Troy Luccketta is on drums, known for his work with Tesla, Keith Emerson, and Eric Martin. Marti Frederiksen adds guitar, vocals, and percussion, noted for his production and songwriting with artists such as Aerosmith, Mötley Crüe, Ozzy Osbourne, Def Leppard, Faith Hill, and Carrie Underwood, and for key roles on The Dead Daisies albums Make Some Noise, Burn It Down, and Light Em’ Up. Comedian and actor James Austin Johnson appears at Rams Head On Stage. Now in his fourth season on Saturday Night Live, he is known for his Donald Trump impression and extensive voice work across television and film. His on-screen appearances include Barry, Better Call Saul, She Said, and Hail, Caesar!. He also voices the Grinch in Wondery’s ’Tis the Grinch Holiday Podcast, which has completed its second season. In 2024 he contributed to two Oscar-nominated films, voicing Pouchy in Inside Out 2 and making a cameo in the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown starring Timothée Chalamet. Attendance is limited to ages 18 and over.

Rams Head On Stage presents a performance by Patty Griffin, a celebrated American singer songwriter whose catalog captures intimate moments and shared emotions. A two time Grammy Award winner and seven time nominee, and recipient of the Americana Music Association’s Lifetime Achievement honor, she is known for vivid, character driven songs that linger with listeners. Her self titled tenth studio album, released in 2019, won the Grammy for Best Folk Album and reached the top five on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart. Her latest release, Crown of Roses, collects eight intimate, emotionally resonant tracks that weave folk, Americana and blues while exploring identity, the natural world, family and womanhood. Emerging after a creative pause during the pandemic, it reflects a fresh look at long held narratives in her life and art. This event is open to all ages.

Experience a guided 9D transformational breathwork journey with Reiki and live handpan music designed to help you reconnect with inner strength, clarity, and calm. Certified facilitator Amanda diMonda supports the group throughout with a trauma aware, science informed approach, offering steady voice guidance and a caring presence so each person can move at a personal pace. While resting comfortably with provided headphones, participants engage in dynamic somatic breathing paired with layered audio featuring 432 Hz tones, binaural beats, and multidimensional sound intended to invite deep relaxation, insight, and release. Reiki is offered to the room and intuitively during the experience to encourage ease, balance, emotional unwinding, and integration. When the breathwork winds down, headphones come off and the integration period continues with the soothing handpan of Jaxon Phoenix, creating unhurried time to ground, reflect, and let the experience settle. No prior experience is needed and all levels are welcome. The session runs about two to two and a half hours, including an introduction, the guided breathwork, and roughly 30 minutes of live handpan for integration. Hosted at prana studio, powered by yoga, the space provides mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows, eye masks, and headphones. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are recommended, and a journal can be helpful for noting insights. Eating lightly or fasting for at least two hours beforehand can make deep breathing more comfortable. You are welcome to bring your own eye mask or any personal items that support comfort. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Important safety note: breathwork is not suitable for everyone. Rams Head On Stage hosts Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams with Jenna Nicholls for an all ages concert. Campbell and Williams have collaborated since the mid 1980s, a partnership sparked in a Manhattan rehearsal room where she had been drawn into a singing contest and he was on pedal steel. Their bond deepened through shared roots and life on the road, from a Louvin Brothers mixtape and family music under the tree where they were married to bluegrass moments with Bob Dylan’s band between shows and years performing with Levon Helm at his Midnight Rambles in Woodstock. Their work together now includes the album All This Time, following earlier releases Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams, Contraband Love, and Live at Levon’s. The latest collection centers on lasting devotion and resilience, with songs such as Desert Island Dreams, Ride With Me, The Way You Make Me Feel, and I Love You, and it reflects a challenging pandemic period when she was in Tennessee caring for her father while he faced COVID in isolation in Woodstock, turning hardship into songs about enduring love.

Annapolis Striders Dog Days 8K Cross-Country Run 2026

Tackle a rolling 8K across the grounds of Anne Arundel Community College at the Annapolis Striders’ Dog Days cross-country run. The 4.97-mile route sets off and finishes on grass near the campus baseball field, weaving over grass, trails, and pavement with two water stations along the way. Advance entry is $10 for Annapolis Striders members and $15 for nonmembers, and race day registration will be available for $25. This event is the fifth race in the eight-race 2026 Annapolis Striders Championship Series and also serves as the sixth race in the 2026 Maryland RRCA Grand Prix Series. Annapolis Striders members who signed up in advance for the full 2026 Championship Series are already entered and do not need to register again. Volunteers are welcome to assist on race day.

Rams Head On Stage hosts a bill featuring Blank Page and the Chris Diller Band. Blank Page is the Maryland duo of Jack Robert and Avery Grace, a couple since their high school days, signed to Match Records in their first semester. They have sold out headline shows, opened for artists including Kane Brown, Shaboozey, Drew Baldridge, Maddie & Tae, Corey Kent, and Ashley Cooke, and released three singles and an EP. Accolades include recognition from Unsigned Only, four Josie Music Award nominations at the Grand Ole Opry, a CPMA nomination, eight Wammie nominations, and a World Entertainment Award for Best Duo. Their name sprang from lyrics by The War and Treaty, who later welcomed them on stage for a sold out show at The Hamilton Live in Washington, D.C. With more than 160 performances and over 250,000 social media views, their momentum continues to build. Chris Diller brings a coastal flavor to country, linking Nashville with the Mid-Atlantic through relaxed storytelling and Americana influences that evoke days on the water, bonfires, and quiet porch nights. He appears with his band across Maryland and Delaware, and writes in warm places with a guitar close by and a surfboard within reach. Darla, his trick-savvy terrier mix, is often by his side. This event is open to all ages.

Rock 101 Camp

Rock 101 is a beginner-friendly music camp for ages 7 to 12. Campers explore instruments through guided games and activities, spend each day rehearsing and practicing, and build a set of songs over the course of the week. The experience concludes with a concert for family and friends on the final day. No prior experience is required. Instruction is led by camp instructors in a supportive environment for budding musicians. Participants should bring lunch, snacks, water, and hearing protection each day. To support a safe and welcoming space, please avoid packing nut products, and do not bring any toy or real weapons.

PJ Morton

GRAMMY-winning soul artist PJ Morton brings the Saturday Night Sunday Morning Tour to Rams Head On Stage, with DJ Arie Spins setting the atmosphere. This all-ages show features a New Orleans based singer, songwriter, producer and performer whose career bridges concert halls, studios and screen projects. Morton has earned six GRAMMY wins and more than twenty nominations, received recognition from BET, Soul Train and the NAACP Image Awards, and has packed storied venues such as the Apollo Theater. He runs Morton Records, has served as Maroon 5’s keyboardist for over fifteen years, and has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Lil Wayne, JoJo, Jill Scott and others. He also became the first Black composer to create an original song for a Disney attraction, contributing to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at both Disney World and Disneyland. His recent album, Cape Town to Cairo, was made during a 30 day journey across Africa, and his memoir, Saturday Night, Sunday Morning, reflects on the intersections of music and faith, race and culture, and personal identity. Morton’s recent work includes the closing song for Regina King’s Netflix film Shirley and music for Dr. Seuss’s Red Fish, Blue Fish on Netflix. He is also driving a series of cross genre collaborations under A PJ Morton Production from his Studio in the Country in Bogalusa, Louisiana, a historic site that has hosted artists from Stevie Wonder to The Neville Brothers and more, which he is working to preserve.

This Lunch & Learn at Maggiano’s - Annapolis pairs a free meal with an informational program on thoughtful end-of-life planning. Ryan Helfenbein, a partner with Lasting Tributes and Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home and a regular columnist for Outlook by the Bay magazine, will discuss topics such as green burial, veterans benefits, creating a meaningful celebration of life, preplanning, prepayment, and more. There will be time to address challenging questions. The menu features freshly baked ciabatta rolls and an individually served Italian tossed salad, followed by a choice of Mom’s Meat Lasagna with marinara or Fettuccini Alfredo available with or without chicken. Known for a contemporary blues rock sound delivered with the punch of a power trio, The Cold Stares hail from Evansville, Indiana. They started in 2012 as a duo and broadened their scope in 2022 with the addition of bassist Bryce Klueh. Their music features thick fuzz tones, classic-rock riffs, nimble Cream-inspired improvisation, and clear echoes of the Delta tradition, all guided by strong songwriting and lyric craft. Their next album, Texas, salutes the home of influences like ZZ Top and the Vaughan brothers while pushing their modern approach forward. Complimentary Turkey Hill Moose Tracks ice cream will be served at The People’s Park, all in support of a $20,000 fundraising goal for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. Each scoop results in a $2 donation, with Moose Tracks and Turkey Hill contributing $1 each to fund environmental programs that protect the Chesapeake Bay’s rivers and streams. Al Jardine & The Pet Sounds Band

Founding Beach Boys member Al Jardine appears with The Pet Sounds Band for a performance that reflects the harmonies, stories, and songwriting that helped shape the West Coast sound. A guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, Jardine sang lead on the No. 1 hit Help Me, Rhonda, played rhythm guitar and early bass parts, and contributed to albums such as Holland, Carl and the Passions, Surf’s Up, and Sunflower. His work includes decades on the road with The Beach Boys, a 50th anniversary reunion, and worldwide concerts celebrating Pet Sounds, whose beloved tracks include Wouldn’t It Be Nice, God Only Knows, and Sloop John B, a song he introduced to the group with a new chord approach. The Record Company

Rams Head On Stage presents The Record Company on the Give It Back To You 10th Anniversary Tour, an all-ages show that revisits the album that set the trio in motion. The band took shape after a late-night get-together in 2011, when Chris Vos, Alex Stiff, and Marc Cazorla bonded over classic blues records like John Lee Hooker’s Hooker ’N Heat and stories of shows such as Iggy Pop and the Stooges. The next day they began jamming at Stiff’s place in Los Feliz. That living room soon became their creative hub, where they wrote, performed for friends, and ultimately tracked and mixed their debut, Give It Back to You. Fusing Delta blues grit with the drive of classic rock, they captured much of the record live, lending songs like Off the Ground, Rita Mae Young, and On the Move a raw, in-the-moment spark, while weaving in slide guitar, pedal steel, piano, and harmonica. Released in 2016, the album spent 42 weeks on Billboard’s Top New Artist Heatseekers chart and rose to No. 5. Off the Ground reached No. 1 at Billboard’s AAA format and broke into the Mainstream Rock Top 30, while Rita Mae Young climbed to No. 12 at AAA. The band’s profile grew with appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Conan, and CBS This Morning, plus a Bonnaroo set highlighted by Rolling Stone Country among the festival’s notable country and Americana moments, followed by their first U.S. headlining run and a stretch opening arena dates for John Mayer. Give It Back to You earned a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Blues Album, and outlets including Entertainment Weekly, Paste, and Rolling Stone praised the group for channeling blues tradition with fresh intensity. As Chris Vos has shared, the record marked the start of a friendship and a dream that carried them from living-room sessions to stages around the world. The group centers its set on the material as it was played in those early years before the losses of Duane Allman and Berry Oakley and before Dickey Betts departed. Their approach treats the songs as carefully shaped works that grew out of exploration, leaving space for solos while honoring the structure that fans remember. The goal is an authentic recreation that resonates with those who were there and those discovering this music today. This event is open to all ages.

The SPCA of Anne Arundel County’s annual Puppy Plunge returns with a dog-friendly beach day devoted to fun and fundraising. 51st Annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run

Celebrating its 51st year, the Annapolis Ten Mile Run highlights Maryland’s capital with a scenic route. The all-volunteer, nonprofit Annapolis Striders running club organizes the event, which begins at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, continues through the Annapolis Historic District, crosses the Naval Academy Bridge, and winds into quiet, tree-lined neighborhoods. Runner’s World has named it one of the nation’s top 10 mile races, and it also serves as the Road Runners Club of America’s 10 mile state championship. All finishers receive a custom A-10 fleece quarter-zip top, and post-race festivities include live music and adult beverages. Registration is limited to 5,000 entrants, and the previous year sold out before race day. Volunteers are vital to making the race happen, and those who help receive a special A-10 volunteer shirt.

He is the first musician signed by Michael Jordan to Nike’s Jordan Brand and the only musician to have recorded and toured with Michael Jackson, Prince, and Stevie Wonder as both a band member and a featured soloist. He spent nearly two years in the band for Michael Jackson The IMMORTAL Tour by Cirque du Soleil, and Prince praised how his saxophone solos ignite a crowd, as noted in Rolling Stone. The tenth annual Bay Bridge Paddle takes place on the Chesapeake Bay’s warm waters and features race courses for every skill level, from beginners to advanced paddlers. It is designed to welcome those just getting started as well as challenge experienced racers. The event also supports nonprofit and charitable partners.

Josiah and the Bonnevilles (solo)

Rams Head On Stage welcomes a solo evening with Josiah and the Bonnevilles, the banner for singer songwriter Josiah Leming. Known for raw emotion and a close connection with his audience, he brings a road-honed perspective shaped by East Tennessee roots, early major label experience, and a determined indie journey supported by the fan community he calls the Bonnevilles. Following a year that included a sold out 33 date headlining run and international stops, his tenth studio album, As Is, widens the palette with more electric textures while stepping back from the online noise. The record focuses on joy, sorrow, and working class realities, and features co-writes with Natalie Hemby, Joel Little, Scott Harris and others, with Konrad Snyder as co-producer. On stage he is recognized for vivid storytelling, precise yet heartfelt lyrics, and vulnerable vocals that create an immediate bond in the room. All ages are welcome.

Experience an evening of mediumship and dining at Luna Blu Ristorante in Annapolis with Medium Debbie. Set along the beach at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, Maryland, this Baygrass celebration brings bluegrass, jamgrass, Americana, and more to neighboring stages by the water. The lineup features Little Feat, Yonder Mountain String Band, Béla Fleck My Bluegrass Heart, Sam Bush, Mountain Grass Unit, TopHouse, Shadowgrass, SCYTHIAN, Sister Sadie, Fireside Collective, Midnight North, Jammy Buffet, Melody Trucks & The Fitzkee Brothers Band, and Geraldine. Artists-at-large Allie Kral on fiddle, Uncle 'Al' Lee on pedal steel, and Patrick Rainey on sax will appear for special collaborations. In addition to the music, attendees can expect locally sourced food that includes fresh oysters, regional microbrews, craft cocktails and wines, a lively beer garden, beach yoga, beach and yard games, activities for kids, local craft vendors, music and Bay conservation workshops, and an elevated VIP experience. Lynch Mob brings its guitar-charged hard rock to Rams Head On Stage with an event open to all ages. Founded by George Lynch in 1989 after his time with Dokken, the band debuted on Elektra Records with Wicked Sensation, a gold-certified release that earned strong acclaim and led to a catalog spanning more than a dozen albums across three decades. The sound blends classic rock, blues, and metal with plenty of energy and a taste for improvisation. The current lineup features Lynch with drummer Jimmy D'Anda, vocalist Gabriel Colon, and bassist Jaron Gulino. D'Anda supplies a funky, heavy backbeat. Colon got his start with Fast Taker, which scored a top ten rock radio single in Puerto Rico, and he has showcased his range with groups such as Gothic Knights, Culprit, White Wizzard, and Rowan Robertson. Gulino, from New Jersey, adds East Coast drive and a track record with Tantric that includes chart success and extensive touring. The performance is set to celebrate the band’s history with career-spanning songs alongside a generous helping of Dokken material.

Charlie Mars & Abe Partridge

At Rams Head On Stage, singer songwriters Charlie Mars and Abe Partridge share the bill. Charlie Mars crafts songs with a classic touch while avoiding a single genre, drawing from country, jam bands, and alt country influences such as Uncle Tupelo. An English major from SMU who values wordplay, he expanded into more atmospheric sounds after discovering Daniel Lanois, using songwriting to examine pride, fear, cynicism, and self doubt in pursuit of happiness. Over more than two decades he has released seven studio albums along with EPs and singles, performed alongside REM, KT Tunstall, and Steve Earle, and been featured by outlets including Forbes, USA Today, and American Songwriter. He has built a career in small venues and backyards, still aiming for bigger stages and a chance to reflect the people and culture that shaped him. Abe Partridge, a musician, songwriter, visual artist, and podcaster from Mobile, Alabama, drew strong praise for his 2018 debut Cotton Fields and Blood For Days. Reviews noted a raw, percussive guitar approach that can pivot to precise picking, paired with lyrics that provoke thought, sometimes with subtlety and sometimes with thunderous force. Two distinctive voices come together on the same stage at Rams Head On Stage.

In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, Historic London Town & Gardens presents an evening that spotlights London Town’s colonial story through immersive experiences, live music, historic interpreters, and interactive programming across its waterfront grounds. Guests can take guided tours of the historic sites and surrounding gardens, learn about colonial cocktail traditions, enjoy live performances, meet living history interpreters, capture photo moments, and savor heavy hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar and a wine pull will be available. General admission is $150. The VIP experience is $250 and includes early entry, exclusive waterfront access, complimentary drinks, and enhanced food offerings.
