Once there, attendees will find a cash bar, barbecued chicken dinners, a Chinese auction, and a 50/50 raffle. Entertainment continues with DJ Mikey and a live set from Rockoholics. Atlantis Tattoo will be on site for tattoo services, and families can enjoy a petting zoo and pony rides from Shy 5 Farm, a free bounce house for kids, and a variety of vendors. All proceeds support a local resident of Delmarva battling cancer.

    Visiting Angels is hosting a bowling night fundraiser at SouthBound Alley in South Salisbury to support the fight against Alzheimer’s. More than 6 million Americans are living with the disease, and the Alzheimer’s Association works to advance research, encourage risk reduction and early detection, and improve care and support. Teams of five can register to bowl, with space available for up to 20 teams. The team fee is $300, or $60 per person, and it covers three hours on the lanes, five shoe rentals, a large cheese pizza, a large boardwalk fry, and five water bottles. The evening will also include a 50/50 raffle, prize baskets, and awards for teams. Lane sponsorships are available, with 20 opportunities at $300 each, or sponsors can bundle a lane with a team for a total of $500. Sponsors receive their logo on a banner at the end of a lane along with recognition on social media. Contributions for prize basket donations are welcome.
