FULL MOON SHAMANIC JOURNEY — 2026 Summer Series

    1567 W Jackson Rd, Hart · verified Sep 20
    See details

A summer full moon shamanic journey unfolds outdoors under the open sky in Hart, Michigan, inviting expansion, illumination, and deeper embodiment as the season progresses. The arc of the Buck, Sturgeon, and Corn Moons offers a pathway toward courage, clear truth, empowerment, and steady completion of what has been growing. Guided journeywork with Sarah is supported by immersive sound and intentional quiet to encourage insight, release, and renewal. Whether seeking direction, emotional healing, energetic clearing, or restorative rest, participants are welcomed. No prior experience is required, only an open and curious spirit. This is a group gathering with a cost of $23. Tickets are required and can be purchased online, by phone, or in person. Drop-ins are welcome at personal discretion, but if there are no advance ticket sales the gathering will not take place. Day-of drop-ins may have limited placement, so calling to check availability is recommended. Because the experience is held outside, a day-of text will share the inclement weather plan if needed. Comfort is key for an evening beneath the sky. Consider bringing a yoga mat or outdoor blanket, extra blankets, pillows, a bolster, warm socks, and an eye mask. If lying on the ground is not ideal, a collapsible comfort chair, such as a gravity chair, works well. Even in warm months, nights can be cool, so a wrap or additional blanket helps. Build a cozy nest that allows you to relax fully into the journey.

    Sound Bath | September 2026

Four Directions Alchemy, 507 E Dowland St, Ludington · verified Sep 20
    See details

Settle into an hour of Sound Bath Meditation at Four Directions Alchemy in Ludington, Michigan, designed as a soothing reset for body, mind, and energy. Rest in a comfortable position while layers of tone and vibration from crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, rainstick, and other therapeutic instruments move through the space. No prior meditation experience is needed. Simply get comfortable and allow the sound to do the work, knowing each person’s experience can look different, from quiet rest to meditation or emotional release. Participants often report deep relaxation, stress relief, better sleep, mental clarity, a sense of grounding, emotional release, calmer balance, and support for nervous system regulation. The session is created to encourage rest, a reset, and a spacious inner quiet. Plan to arrive a little early so you have time to get settled. Doors close when the session begins to preserve the experience, and late entry may not be possible. Bring what helps you feel supported, such as a yoga mat or padded surface, a blanket, a pillow or bolster, an optional eye covering, water, and comfortable layers. Rest lying down or seated, including in a quiet, stable chair or a zero-gravity recliner. Advance registration is recommended because space is limited and sessions depend on pre-registered guests. If no tickets are purchased in advance, the facilitator may not be onsite for that session. Drop-ins may be possible only if space allows and the session is already underway, with the understanding that arriving without registering is at your own risk. Ways to attend include a single session ticket for 15 dollars, an Unlimited Sound Bath membership for 45 dollars per month, and the Live Vibrant membership for 75 dollars per month, which also includes meditation classes, a monthly Full Moon Shamanic Journey, and one guest pass each month. Offerings may shift with private sessions, holidays, special events, and seasonal schedules, so check current availability. Facilitation is by Sarah Domin, founder of Four Directions Alchemy, who brings decades of experience in meditation, sound healing, energy work, and ceremonial space holding. Each gathering is guided with care, presence, and respect for every individual’s process, creating a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

    Exploring Meditation - Tuesdays

Four Directions Alchemy, 507 E Dowland St, Ludington · verified Sep 20
    See details

Set aside the pressure to meditate perfectly and explore a gentler approach in this weekly guided class designed for anyone who is curious about meditation, returning to it, or convinced it is not for them. Each gathering runs about an hour and blends clear instruction with practice time and a few quiet moments to settle afterward. The format changes from week to week so you can try different styles, including seated practice, sound, breathwork, body awareness, visualization, periods of stillness, simple movement, mudras, mantra, and reflective attention. When the season and weather cooperate, practice may move outdoors for mindful walking and natural noticing. There is no need to empty your mind, sit rigidly, or arrive with prior experience. This is a space to practice. Every experience is unique, and there is no single right way to meditate. Comfort is a priority. Choose any position that feels supportive, whether on the floor, in a chair, or reclined. You are welcome to bring items that help you relax and stay present, such as a yoga mat, cushion or blanket, a pillow or bolster, a journal or notebook, an eye mask, a water bottle, and comfortable layers. Chairs, cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and zero gravity chairs are all welcome. Many participants notice benefits like steadier calm, stress relief, clearer thinking, improved focus, more even emotions, a deeper connection with the body, greater self awareness, an increased pause before reacting, and a sense of inner spaciousness. This class is offered on Tuesday evenings, and the schedule can shift from month to month due to private sessions, special events, holidays, and seasonal offerings. For the latest details, please refer to the booking link. Advance registration is strongly recommended because space is limited and setup is planned around registered guests. If no tickets are reserved in advance, the facilitator may not be onsite for that session. Drop ins are welcome only if there is space and the class is already running, and arriving without a reservation is at your own risk. Options to attend include a single class ticket for 15 dollars, an Unlimited Meditation membership for 45 dollars per month, and the Live Vibrant membership for 75 dollars per month that includes weekly sound baths, meditation classes, a monthly Full Moon Shamanic Journey, and one guest pass each month. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Doors close when class begins to protect the experience for everyone, and late arrivals may not be admitted. The class is facilitated by Sarah Domin, founder of Four Directions Alchemy, who brings decades of experience in meditation, sound healing, energy work, and ceremonial space. Her approach is grounded and accessible, created for real people with real minds, bodies, and lives. Private sessions are available.
