This weekend in Bemidji, MN

Wag & Walk welcomes dog lovers for a community stroll with their leashed pets. Individual registration is available with an early bird rate of $25, increasing to $30 afterward. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register early. The day begins with registration and T-shirt pickup for pre-registered participants, with walk-up registration also available. The walk follows, then K-9 unit demonstrations. Vendors include Sit. Stay. Heel Dog Training and an ice cream truck. Water will be provided for dogs, and participants are asked to bring a personal water bowl. All pets must remain on a leash and under control. For the safety of attendees, please do not bring pets that are aggressive toward people, children, or other animals.

Homecoming arrives in the Northwoods with another Battle of the Beavers, as BSU hosts Minot State. Gates open one hour before kickoff, and tailgating is available at Diamond Point Park for those who come early.

Celebrate at the Hoco Dance with music from Pop Rocks.

This memorial concert named for Carl O. Thompson brings music to the stage. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors 65 and older. K-12 students and BSU/NTC students are admitted free.
