More than 100 performers from six ensembles come together for two free concerts featuring special guest Liam Teague. The 5th Annual On The One Music Festival reaches a milestone as Grammy-nominated R&B artist Carl Thomas headlines at Bloomington Central Station. His album "Emotional" helped define an era and remains widely celebrated, and before his solo rise he appeared on The Notorious B.I.G.’s "Life After Death."
