The 19th annual Vettes for Vets car show takes place at Dan Patch American Legion SAL Post 643 and welcomes all cars and trucks. Sweet Keys Dueling Pianos returns to The Shops at West End for West End Wednesdays, bringing a lively outdoor atmosphere with spirited sing-along piano performances. Midweek Music & Market transforms Bloomington Civic Plaza into a lively night of music, markets, and crowd-powered performances, highlighted by live band karaoke that puts a full band behind anyone ready to take the mic. In its 23rd year at Mall of America, this exhibition offers a preview of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s Native American culture and traditions in the Huntington Bank Rotunda. Members and visitors ages 15 and younger are free, and non-members ages 16 and older are $20 to $25. Reserve tickets in advance to guarantee admission. When you arrive, look for the board by the Visitor Center entrance to find the exact booth locations. Rock & Motos marks the fourth anniversary of LAMA Twin Cities MN with a free car show featuring 14 trophies. Vehicle contests highlight standout classic cars and trucks, top sound systems, custom motorcycles, lowered trucks, and an overall best of show. LAMA awards recognize the chapter with the largest turnout, the longest-distance female and male riders, and the chapter that traveled the farthest. A Most Rocker Outfit contest grants first, second, and third place. Added perks include raffles for gift baskets, tequila pressure shots, and a motorcycle raffle with entry tickets.
