This weekend in Eden Prairie, MN

The 19th annual Vettes for Vets car show takes place at Dan Patch American Legion SAL Post 643 and welcomes all cars and trucks. Look for trophies across seven divisions, event T-shirts available for purchase, great food, raffles, and a silent auction. Attendees are invited to support veterans with a gift of socks, and all donations benefit the Minneapolis Veterans Home. Spectators are free. Vehicle entry is $15 with pre-registration by mail and $20 on the day of the show. To pre-register, complete and sign the form on the event flyer and mail it with a check payable to Classic Corvettes of Minnesota. A community-centered Disability Pride festival takes place in the parking lot at Arc's Value Village in Richfield. The event highlights businesses and organizations owned by people with disabilities and features food, performances, crafts, art installations, face painting, and more. Admission is free.

The last meetup of 2026 takes place at Murphy Hanrahan, home of the Surf the Murph ultras held in early fall. This trail system offers a mix of singletrack and doubletrack, horse trails, and stretches with water, sun, and shade. Plan for 60 to 90 minutes of running or hiking, then wrap up at Ineffable Brewing Company to close out MinneVan Coaching's first Trail Days summer meetups. While it concludes the series, summer is not considered over here... that call is left to the State Fair, with a note that it may still be hot.

Enjoy a peaceful visit to WEE Farm with a guided stroll that introduces the resident animals. Say hello to horses Mac and Grizzly, see goats and pigs, meet a donkey, and spot other critters and pets along the way. Participants can help collect eggs, and the tour includes stories about the farm’s history. Advance tickets through the website are required for all attendees, and walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Music in the Garden brings performances by local bands and community groups to the Arboretum across the summer and into autumn. Most shows take place on Newton Terrace outside Rootstock Cafe, with an indoor option if the weather is poor. The season concludes with a finale in MacMillan Auditorium. Rootstock will be open with food, beer, and wine available for purchase, and the Rootstock Ice Cream Cart may appear when weather allows. Guests are welcome to explore the Arboretum before or after the music. Admission to Music in the Garden is covered by standard daily entry to the Arboretum.

DJ S DOT brings a patio set to CōV Wayzata as part of the venue’s summer music lineup. This open-air performance will take place only if the weather allows.

Wayzata Parks and Trails hosts Sunday Music in the Park, a music series presented outdoors on the Great Lawn in front of the Hotel Landing.

This annual Summer Season Reveal Party unfolds both indoors and out on the lawn. Attendees can discover what is planned for Season 20, including upcoming shows and new classes, while enjoying live music, outdoor games with prizes, and creative art activities with chalk and bubbles. An ice cream truck will be on site, and a raffle offers a chance to win two complimentary Season 20 tickets.
