The Narrows SaloonClover & The Bee
Clover and the Bee unites Minnesota songwriters Becky Schlegel, Anthony Ihrig, Eric Christopher, and Kevin Rowe in a project that blends a bluegrass upbringing with indie folk colors to create wide-open American roots music inspired by the Upper Midwest. The idea took shape during casual song circles at Eric Christopher’s home in Saint Paul’s West 7th neighborhood, where Becky, Anthony, and Eric traded pieces from their catalogs that never quite fit elsewhere, whether they leaned less bluegrass for The High 48s, less country for Becky’s solo work, or were simply too offbeat for previous bands. Those sessions grew into a group that honors their country and bluegrass foundations without being confined by them. The lineup rounded out when bassist and songwriter Kevin Rowe, associated with Buffalo Gospel and Adam Greuel, joined after a move from Madison to the Twin Cities.

An interactive experience created to make intuitive practice feel understandable and approachable, welcoming both newcomers and those eager to deepen their exploration. It opens with a teaching segment that clarifies what intuitive work is and what it is not, emphasizing collaboration, consent, personal agency, and clear ethical boundaries. Rather than prediction or advice, the focus is on strengthening your ability to hear yourself. Participants receive a simple overview of modalities such as tarot, chakra awareness, aura exploration, and intuitive sessions, then shift from learning into practice with a brief grounding exercise. The room then reconfigures into an experience guided at your own pace. Attendees move through immersive stations and also meet one on one for a short private session in a chosen modality. Scheduling is arranged in advance, and each person follows a smooth flow with a personalized timing card. Along the way, you might settle into a quiet reset in a salt room with audio guidance and reflective prompts, explore tarot imagery through hands-on questions that encourage personal meaning, map energy centers with color to notice where you feel open, low, or growing, and use color journaling to reflect on emotions and energetic boundaries. The one-on-one session is designed to offer a single clear insight and one practical next step, encouraging awareness without overwhelm. Every participant receives a journal and pen for notes, plus a handwritten keyword and an integration prompt to take with them. The gathering closes with a short integration practice and time to reflect, supporting a steady, clear, and connected finish in a setting that feels safe, supported, and guided by your own inner wisdom.
