Another workout features Echo bike calories and dumbbell snatches, with gymnastics skills scaling by division, from bar muscle-ups in RX to chest-to-bar pull-ups in Intermediate and Masters, and jumping pull-ups in Scaled. Participants learn correct shapes, grips, and hip drive for a tight back hip circle, with attention to staying connected to the bar and managing rotation. Conditioning for grip, core, and foundational swing patterns builds the base for future bar work. Experienced coaches provide hands-on spotting and individualized feedback to address sticking points and build confidence on the high bar.
