This free, family-friendly meetup welcomes people using strollers, walkers, and runners at any pace. Routes are planned at about three miles, and anyone can choose a shorter or longer distance. It is a social, inclusive way to encourage an active lifestyle, and it welcomes all abilities, including those who do not see themselves as runners. Leashed dogs are welcome. Snacks and coffee are available, with hot chocolate and tea offered during chilly weather. It happens every Saturday in any conditions unless otherwise noted.
