This planning meeting focuses on organizing the festive activities for the 5th annual Community Christmas event in Downtown Aurora, MO. It takes place in the training room at Aurora City Fire Station.

At Monett Motor Speedway, the Grand 'Ol Lady hosts Weekly Racing with Legends alongside Outlaw Night with no tech, plus Trick or Treat. The lineup features B Mods, Midwest Mods following POWRi rules and sanctioned, Pure Stocks under POWRi rules without sanction, Bombers running by Monett rules, and the Legends class. Grandstand admission is $10 for ages 12 and up, kids 11 and under are free with a paid adult, and seniors 62 and older are $5. Pit admission is $40 for drivers and for ages 16 and up, $20 for ages 5 to 15, and $5 for ages 0 to 5. Sponsored by Ozarks Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper Bottling Company.

Services include a $10 toenail soak and trim, with polish available for $15. No appointment is needed, and visitors are served in the order they arrive.

The event begins with a social hour. After that, voting members may nominate a charity from Barry or Lawrence County and then vote to select the organization that will receive the fourth quarter's collected funds.

Loop de Loop returns with a relaxed, choose-your-own-ride format on the trails. It is a casual ride rather than a race, and participants can tackle any combination of loops before enjoying finish line festivities. Staging and primary support are based at the Lake Ann dam near Pinion Creek Falls in Bella Vista. Those aiming for the biggest challenge can take Sugar Bridge Trail to complete the entire Tunnel Vision clockwise, return via Sugar Bridge to the dam, then continue with a full Back 40 loop ridden clockwise. If a single objective is more appealing, choose only the Tunnel Vision loop or only the Back 40 loop and call it a day. Aid with food and water is planned at the Lake Ann dam, and additional mid-loop support is being explored. E-bikes are welcome, running the route is allowed, and swapping bikes between loops is permitted. There is no formal cutoff, although support will wind down around sunset. Additional distance options may be added as details are finalized.
