    August Community Bike (Daytime)

2715 E McCarty St, Jefferson City · verified Aug 2
    Free

Get to know Jefferson City by bicycle with Community Bike Rides, a free series open to riders of every experience level. Rides occur twice each month and are geared toward newer and non-competitive cyclists, while experienced riders can enjoy exploring local routes and connecting with the community. This edition follows the Ice Cream Leads to Prison route, starting and finishing at Daisy Delight before heading out along Algoa Road toward the prison. Expect low traffic and mostly flat terrain, with a single hill on the return. Because much of the course retraces the same path, participants may turn back at any point to shorten the distance.
