    Experience a calm, library-based Qigong class guided by Certified Level 1 Zhineng Qigong instructor Melanie Coffey Galli. Rooted in a 5,000-year-old Chinese tradition, this practice centers on cultivating qi, the body’s vital energy, to support balance of body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle movements, guided imagery, mindful meditation, and focused intention, participants work to release built-up stress and fatigue. As relaxation deepens, the body’s natural capacity to heal can take hold and vitality can return. The session focuses on clear, approachable techniques you can use to nourish your own well-being. No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind and heart. About the instructor: Melanie Coffey Galli began practicing in 2019 and is dedicated to sharing and teaching Zhineng Qigong. When not teaching, she enjoys time in nature, fancy cheese, and crafting gear for professional wrestlers. Registration is required, and a separate registration is needed for each class.
