Over one and a half hours, participants move through postures in a clear, progressive sequence, with props available to help tailor each pose. Each session also includes meditation and guided breathwork. Some background in yoga can be helpful, yet it is not required. Appropriate for all levels.

Youll prepare recipes for simple, delicious dishes to enjoy at home or share with others. Learn easy recipes, helpful tips, and ways to prepare foods that reheat well. This class is offered as a part of the Missoula Villages launch, giving you a chance to chat about the new neighbor network.

Clay takes center stage in a community showcase featuring work by close to fifty members, students, and resident artists of the Clay Studio of Missoula. The presentation spans functional ware and sculptural pieces that delve into form and texture, highlighting approaches from wheel-thrown and hand-built construction to inventive glazing and firing. An opening reception is part of the program. All gallery activities are free to attend and open to the public.
