Familiar songs can bring comfort and meaning, and playing alongside others can cultivate joy, belonging, and shared moments. Healing can sound like a soft strum. ENGAGE workshops are trauma informed and grounded in interpersonal neurobiology. They emphasize the role of safe, attuned relationships in restoring balance and supporting long term emotional and relational well being.
