He resides in Forest Park, Illinois, and appears frequently around the Chicagoland scene. This edition debuts newly commissioned work by Texas artist Ricky Armendariz, whose practice examines the intersections of Mexican, American, and Indigenous cultures shaped by the U.S.-Mexico border. Presented in collaboration with Duke Arts, Say the Thing, and the Innovation Co-Lab, the installation includes a suite of Armendariz panel designs, engraved at the Co-Lab and incorporated into the altar.
