Participation is capped at 10 vehicles because of the demanding format. Smythers Motorsports is the headline sponsor for this run.

The PATH HQ Core offers a weekly reset for veterans seeking stability, connection, and honest conversation. As the anchor group of The PTSD, this peer-led, trauma-informed gathering brings together veterans from every era with no rank, no pressure, and no judgment, creating a dependable space for real people and real stories. Conversations focus on life, stress, and the hard truths of trauma, while participants practice tools that support daily functioning and learn more about how PTSD and C-PTSD work. The aim is to strengthen the veteran community in Statesville. Veterans of any era are welcome, and caregivers and spouses may attend as well, along with anyone feeling isolated or overwhelmed. The Rock Reset Retreat

This half-day retreat is designed to help a busy, overstressed system settle, release tension, and rebuild strength for everyday life. It is not a spa day or a motivational talk. The focus is structured regulation, recovery, and recalibration, approached calmly and with intention. Participants move through a guided nervous system reset with grounding breathwork, then rotate through a recovery circuit that can include infrared sauna, an optional cold plunge, mobility work, and sound therapy. A guided journaling session is included, and each person keeps a dedicated Reset Retreat Journal. Light refreshments and hydration support steady, calm energy, and clear integration tools are provided so the benefits carry into daily routines. Two ticket options are available. The Standard experience offers a complete, grounded reset for a calm, focused, and supported feel. Participants explore grounding, awareness, and mindful movement to deepen connection, clarify communication, and build a safe, enjoyable relationship with their horses. The program examines the subtle ways horses speak through movement, position, energy, and body language, and offers practice in holding a supportive space that encourages relaxation and mutual attunement. Through gentle touch and movement, hands-on exercises help horses soften, release excess tension, and find greater suppleness and ease. The day concludes with an option to ride, emphasizing guidance that treats the horse as an extension of the rider’s body, with attention to balance, suppleness, and alignment for the horse’s comfort. Those who choose not to ride continue with advanced groundwork tailored to each horse. The clinic is led by Stacey Carter, a rider and educator with more than forty years of experience whose background includes Pony Club, combined training, foxhunting, and work with a wide range of horses and riders. She is a PATH Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Debono Moves Practitioner, and the founder of Heart Centered Horsemanship, established over two decades ago to honor equine sentience and support emotional and physical well-being. Drawing on extensive experience helping horses move past fear and tension, she focuses on empowering humans with the awareness, communication skills, and embodied presence needed to become safe, confident, and compassionate partners that horses can trust.

Celebrate a 1970s vibe at a classic bike show spotlighting Shovelheads and Ironheads, presented in partnership with the AMCA Blue Ridge Chapter. The competition includes judged classes and a people’s choice vote, with trophies awarded in Shovelhead categories of stock original, dresser, cruiser, and chopper, as well as Ironhead categories of stock original, racer, cruiser, and chopper. A themed costume contest adds to the excitement, featuring a 1970s style biker category for men and a pinup competition for women, with winners receiving a Tilley gift card. Expect appearances from Prism Supply Co., live music by JB & The 70's, and participation from Friendship Tattoo NC, Sambuco Barber Co, Carolinas Biker Lawyers, Twisted Sips, and more.
