This weekly series is a great chance to relax at the vineyard, sip your favorite Sharrott wine, and check out the Wine Bar Kitchen menu. This community effort focuses on preparing and donating care bags that support people experiencing homelessness in Camden. Participants are encouraged to bring adult clothing, toiletries, food, and other essential items. If staying to help distribute items is not possible, drop-offs are welcome. Many lunch bags include a turkey or peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a small bag of chips. For safety, pack toiletries separately from any food. Toiletry bags often include travel size toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, a comb or hair brush, feminine hygiene products, and mouthwash. Bringing 5 to 10 complete care bags is requested. All types of clothing, including gently used items, are accepted. Organizers also provide produce, prepared foods, and other items when available. AVANTBLK is a free cultural festival in Philadelphia celebrating the Afro-Centric and Black diaspora through live music, DJ sets, art, fashion, and community-focused activations. Expect performances on stage, a curated vendor marketplace where local creatives sell clothing, art, beauty, and lifestyle items, plus interactive moments meant to pull you into the experience. Please note it has limited capacity and entry is first come, first served. Food vendors are not permitted at the event.

Step into the past at the Wyckoff-Garretson House & Museum with free, lively tours led by costumed docents, presented by The Meadows Foundation. Discover how people in Franklin Township, New Jersey lived in the 18th and 19th centuries while exploring a house museum interpreted to reflect the years 1709, 1730, and 1805. Tours are offered every second Sunday from April to October.

Bring the whole family for Triceratots, an all-ages storytime with songs, rhymes, dancing, and plenty of fun. Registration is required, and it’s open to Heggan cardholders only. Library staff can provide accommodations on request, and registration will open on August 5, 2026 at 8:30 AM. Please note that you should choose only one morning to attend per week, since the session repeats daily and space is limited. This program is for children age 0 to 3 months through age 10, and it’s most appropriate for ages 5 and under, with older siblings welcome.
