Join a two-day New Mexico concealed carry class that combines classroom instruction with range qualifications. Classroom topics include New Mexico concealed carry laws, situational awareness, handgun function and terminology, and the definitions and restrictions tied to licensure. This is not a basic handgun course, so you must already be able to safely manipulate, load, and fire your handgun before attending. Students will attend at Stryker’s Shooting World in Las Cruces, with qualification shooting scheduled for Sunday. Note that students need to bring their own handgun, and required shooting practice will involve live-fire qualifications on Sunday.

REFINED Women’s Conference presents The Perfect Mess at NMSU Corbett Center, a faith-filled gathering centered on worship, connection, and encouragement. Facility rental and catering have already been covered, which makes admission free. To secure a seat and assist with catering planning, registration includes a $20 refundable deposit. The program features praise and worship, complimentary childcare with child sign-up completed during registration, and a banquet as part of the experience. Last year, women from more than 35 churches met together under one roof. Sponsorship opportunities are available at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Friend of REFINED levels, offered purely as an option since event costs have been taken care of.

This USA Cycling sanctioned mountain bike and gravel race offers three route options to match different goals and experience levels. Riders can choose a 12 mile short loop, a 29 mile medium course, or a 42 mile full course. Packet pick-up is available at Outdoor Adventures.
