Community Pint Night
A friendly showdown between Catskill Canine Rescue and Out of the Pits raises funds for their causes. Each pint purchased comes with a $1 chip that attendees can give to either organization. At the end of the night, Frog Alley Brewing matches the total for the group with the most chips. Soda drinkers can participate too, since one chip is awarded for every two sodas. Representatives from both rescues will be on site with merchandise and information about their work. All ages are welcome, and the patio is dog friendly.
Monday night social ride
Cycle Schenectady hosts an easy-paced social ride. Participants meet at Central Park in front of the planned Schenectady Environmental Education Center by the lake. The route will be announced.
Central Park Rd, Schenectady, NY 12304, United StatesPride Fitness
Level up your practice with a high-energy session that prioritizes strength while ending with deep relaxation. The format can change, featuring options such as a peak-pose flow, focused coaching toward a more advanced posture, a barre workout followed by an extended stretch, or a higher-intensity yoga class. Expect a balanced experience that builds power and then restores ease.
Salsa Monday Classes | New Cycle Every Month
Ritmo Albany offers a weekly Monday Salsa program that restarts each month, designed for beginners through intermediate and advanced dancers. Instruction is led by Jariel LaSalsa from NYC with the Zafire Dance Company. Classes emphasize partner work for about 70 percent of the time with the remainder dedicated to shines, and no partner is required because partners rotate. Each monthly cycle includes a newly added Salsa On2 performance class along with intermediate and beginner Salsa On2 sessions. Enrollment is available by the month or per class, with monthly pricing set for four or five week cycles and a drop in option offered as well. Payments can be made through Venmo or the website. Private lessons are available by arrangement. Open to participants ages 14 and up.
