Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, known as Y12SR, returns to ROCovery with a format that blends fellowship and movement. The gathering opens with a 12-Step meeting that includes readings and time for sharing, then transitions into a guided yoga practice and flow to support connection of mind, body, and spirit in recovery. This event is for adults 18 and older. It is free and open to anyone with at least 48 hours of continuous sobriety, and first-time participants are asked to complete a membership questionnaire.

A relaxed after work networking gathering at Reliant Credit Union brings business professionals together to connect, exchange ideas, promote their brands, and explore mentorship opportunities while enjoying light bites and a selection of beverages. The event is free and open to the public. Registration and an RSVP are requested to help the host plan appropriately, and attendees are asked to cancel their registration if plans change. Reliant Credit Union, the host, is owned by its members and rooted in the community, with no shareholders and decisions guided by member interests. As a nonprofit credit union, Reliant is dedicated to providing financial solutions tailored to each member.

A monthly Reiki Share offers complimentary energy healings at ONE Wellness Center. Practitioners provide sessions in the upstairs Journeying Room, accommodating attendees in order of arrival, and no advance sign-up is required. Rooted in Japanese healing traditions, Reiki blends the concepts of rei, or the universal, and ki, or vital life force energy that surrounds and moves through living beings. The practice is not affiliated with any religion, so recipients and practitioners may follow their own beliefs. During sessions, practitioners channel universal life force energy rather than offering their own. Acting as conduits, they encourage the flow of this energy through the body and mind to support a healthier internal environment.
