This celebration at Foundation of Light features puja, prasad, and a cultural program with no admission charge. A schedule is available. Meals will be offered on both days, including Bengali cuisine and dishes from across South Asia. Meal tickets are required, with early bird pricing available followed by regular rates. Children under 10 do not need meal tickets. Students who show a valid student ID at the venue front desk can use the discount code STDISCNT during online registration to receive discounts on meal tickets.

A free, casual Disney Lorcana league focused on Core Constructed play. Each round is a best-of-three match. Use a starter deck or build your own with at least 60 cards, no more than two inks, no proxies, and a maximum of four copies of any card with the same full name. Decks may be changed between rounds. Every participant receives a promo card while supplies last, plus there will be a random drawing for a Lorcana pin and additional drawings for promo cards selected by Great Escape Adventures, all while supplies last. Separate competitive events are also available with promos and added prize support. New players can get started easily with a ready-to-play starter deck.

Guided by Cornell Botanic Gardens staff, this monthly walk invites participants to notice the beauty and drama of the living landscape. As the group explores different garden paths, simple mindfulness practices help focus attention on the present, encouraging close observation of plant changes across the seasons. The walk takes place rain or shine. It is free to attend, with donations welcome, and no pre-registration is required. Instruction is provided by Sarah Fiorello, Interpretation Coordinator, and Kara Peet, Student and Public Education Coordinator. Meet at the Nevin Welcome Center.

Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night is reimagined with the pulse of Jazz Age music in an adaptation directed by David Feldshuh for Cornell’s Department of Performing and Media Arts. A company of twenty-three powers the production, with fourteen actors alongside a singing chorus and dancers, and with jazz musician Mike Carbone performing live on saxophone and flute. Illyria appears as a dreamlike world inspired by the art of René Magritte, where identities shift, love defies expectation, and surprises abound. The revelry is edged by a sense of surrounding conflict, and the humor can turn sharp as pranks and public embarrassment test boundaries. The staging underscores the play’s blend of brightness and shadow, offering a portrait of human complexity that has engaged audiences for centuries. The performance takes place in the Kiplinger Theatre within the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts at Cornell University.
