A welcoming yoga session at Juniper focuses on whole-person well being, open to all levels, ages, and body types. The class blends rhythmic movement with coordinated breathing to build strength and mobility while nurturing clarity and calm. Expect energizing sequences linked with breath, guided relaxation to cultivate presence, steady Hatha postures held a little longer for approachable alignment, and focused pranayama to deepen awareness. The approach follows the 3Y system, which is certified by the Yoga Alliance. Instruction is led by teachers with years of experience who have completed the core components of a 500 hour training and offer a supportive, thoughtful atmosphere.
