Donations may include clean, undamaged dancewear and costumes, lightly worn dance shoes, and unopened tights.

Their collage practice combines unexpected elements into dreamlike compositions that search for meaning within disorder. Christiane O’Banion, a botanical watercolor artist from Goshen, focuses on native plants and the pollinators that sustain them. She documents the exchanges between local flora and their insect visitors, reflecting the reciprocity between the farm and its community. Detailed studies of seasonal crops and animal life become paintings that highlight the function and resilience of a healthy ecosystem and invite close looking at the living networks that support land and people. Costumes are part of the fun, and major awards are on the line. The lineup highlights names like Nick @ Night, Dr. Fog, SS, Sue Slick, and JMO for an evening steeped in eerie theatrics.

A weekend retreat for women centered on wellness and the outdoors unfolds at the New Jersey School of Conservation in Stokes State Forest in Sussex County. Expect mindful birding, a hands-on blacksmithing class, an herbal tea blending workshop, and slow flow yoga with April Puciata, balanced with plenty of quiet time among the trees. The schedule begins at Kittatinny Hall, moves into shared meals, a sunset meditation at Piney Point or indoors, and a campfire at Piney Point.
