Entry pricing is $50 for the first class, $30 for each additional class, and a $40 track fee that supports the venue and race expenses. Racers traveling more than 250 miles receive the first class entry for free.

High point and reserve champions will be announced at the end of the day, with Mollys Customs silver buckles awarded to the champion and Lonesome Ranch Leather halters awarded to the reserve champion. There is no buy in required for year-end awards, though riders must compete in at least two of the three Gymkhanas to qualify. Entry for lead-line or peewee is 30 dollars for the day or 8 dollars per class. All other divisions are 50 dollars for the day or 13 dollars per class. An office fee of 10 dollars applies. The event uses Swiss rounds with a top cut determined by the number of players: up to eight players play three Swiss rounds with no top cut, nine to sixteen players play four Swiss rounds and cut to Top 4, and seventeen to thirty two players play five Swiss rounds and cut to Top 8. Prize support comes from the Store Showdown Kit, with a Hera Syndulla promo for every entry and Grogu Foil Top promos for top placements from Top 8 through the winner. Additional booster packs and Carbonite prizes are based on the total number of players.

A barrel racing jackpot follows the gymkhana at Ulster County Fair, featuring 3D barrels with an 80 percent payout. Registration takes place first, with exhibitions and the jackpot to follow, and additional money will be added. Entry is $10 for Leadline, $30 for Youth, $40 for Beginner, and $40 for Open. Exhibitions are $5, and a $10 office fee applies. Leadline welcomes riders ages 5 to 12 who may need assistance, and participants in this class may not enter any other division. Leadline riders will choose a prize at the end of the day. Leadline and peewee riders must wear a helmet. The leader for Leadline participants must be at least 16 years old, hold the lead rope, and cross the start and finish line alongside the horse. Youth is for riders under 19, and every youth rider is required to wear a helmet.
