Wednesday at Woodlands is a free midday concert series in the Woodlands Park shelter area. Attendees can bring a packed lunch and settle in at the picnic tables while enjoying weekly performances from talented local musicians. This season features artists such as Jake Pilewski and Friends, Adam Vasquez, Extra Stout, Snyder & Caswell, The House Band, The Clipboards, Jordan & Josh, Hit & Run, Decent Folk, Bobby & Frankie May, Danny Pratt Trio, Distant Cousinz Trio, Steve Kennedy, and Old Misfits with Guitars (OMG). The series is presented by the City of Perrysburg and the Norma Stark Memory Garden and Labyrinth.

Expect an evening of roots sounds that blend bluegrass, blues, folk, old time country, and gospel, performed on cigar box guitar with fresh arrangements and original tunes. Fans of The Lumineers, John Prine, Waylon Jennings, John Lee Hooker, the Allman Brothers, Taj Mahal, Billy Strings, Grateful Dead, Old Crow Medicine Show, and George Thorogood will feel right at home.

Innovation Concerts brings Wheatus to Cla-Zel Theater for a live performance. Ticket options include $25 in advance, $20 on the day of the show, $60 for mezzanine seating, and a limited general admission four-pack for $75. An additional $5 fee applies for attendees under 21.
