Build the Children supplies the pajamas and underwear, yet last year there was a shortage of more than 500 pairs of pajamas and over 400 packages of underwear, which meant some children left without these essentials. Donations of new pajamas and underwear are especially important, since families facing hardship often have to prioritize other necessities. Items do not need to come from the Amazon list, and shoppers have found strong values at Burlington, Gabe's, Discount Fashion Warehouse, Ross, and other retailers offering good sales. All monetary donations designated to Snug as a Bug go entirely toward purchasing pajamas and underwear.

The eight hour overnight option allows extended time as the night unfolds and is limited to 20 participants for a quieter, more immersive experience. First-timers are welcome and do not need prior experience. Staff explain basic techniques and equipment before activities begin, and experienced investigators may bring their own gear. As one of Ohio’s newest haunted investigation locations, interest is high and space is limited.
