Team Fastrax Warrior Weekend to Remember- 2026

    Walmart Franklin - E 2nd St, 1275 E 2nd St, Franklin · verified Aug 2
    Free

Team Fastrax hosts a Warrior Weekend to Remember parade and transport effort, now in its 13th year, honoring Purple Heart Recipients as well as Gold Star and Blue Shield families. The plan calls for more than 100 Jeeps to escort honored guests, and each participating vehicle should have room for one to two riders. Depending on turnout, some drivers may not be assigned a passenger, and those taking part without a rider will be placed toward the back of the parade. Staging is set at Walmart Franklin - E 2nd St, followed by a convoy to Camp Chautauqua. Honored guests then board the Jeeps, the procession travels through the south side of Miamisburg, and the route returns to Camp Chautauqua without scheduled stops in town. A Team Fastrax flag jump takes place at Camp Chautauqua, and on-site timing may vary. Commemorative shirts will be available at the staging area for $15, with a blue version designated for Jeep participants. Purchasing a shirt is optional, and advance payment is offered to help secure sizing as directed by the organizers. Blue Skies for the Good Guys and Gals is part of this Warrior Weekend to Remember tribute.
