Open Group Hunt

Explore Ottawa Park in Toledo, Ohio during a group outing focused on wild mushroom foraging. Participants will search for fungi as a group, then identify their finds using keys, careful observations, and field guides. The plan includes about one hour of foraging followed by roughly thirty minutes devoted to identification and conversation about mushrooms. Children may attend at no cost when accompanied by an adult. High school students may participate for an additional fee of $10 each with an accompanying adult. An optional Mushroom Merit Pin is available as a $10 add-on.

Readings and Q&A invite reflection and questions, with an uplifting focus on fresh starts and joy found through faith.
