This community music showcase brings together local performers and the Rossford Schools community across multiple stages. Over two days, area bands take the stage at Cinco de Mayo, Moe's, Danny's, and Red's Irish Goodbye in Rossford. The event supports The Bulldog Foundation as it raises funds for student scholarships, classroom programming, and other educational needs. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Hosted at T.A.R.C.A.R., this fifth and final race in the series features a format of three qualifying rounds followed by two mains. Entry fees are $45 for the first class, $35 for a second, and $15 for each additional entry. Classes available include 15U with Ebuggy, 4x4 SCT, and Mini Truggy only, along with 1:8 Electric Buggy, 1:8 Nitro Buggy, 1:8 Electric Truck, 1:8 Nitro Truck, 1:8 40+ Electric Buggy, 4x4 SC, and Mini-Truggy.

Explore the craft of hand rolled beeswax candles in a warm, beginner-welcoming workshop at Vod's Here, Sewing & Crafting Emporium. The session opens with an overview of natural beeswax, its standout qualities, and the time-honored process behind rolled candles. Participants are walked through each step, from selecting appropriate wicks and handling sheets of pure beeswax to perfecting the rolling technique for elegant, long-burning taper candles. After the fundamentals, there is time to try out various sizes and add simple finishes so each piece feels personal. The workshop also covers best practices for burning and storage, plus easy ways to use candles at home or as thoughtful gifts. All supplies are included, and everyone leaves with a small set of hand rolled candles and the confidence to keep making them independently. No prior creative experience is required, and the activity is suitable for ages 10 and older.

Aboard the Sandpiper, discover the Maumee River on a relaxed cruise that blends local history, wildlife, and sweeping waterfront scenery. Glide past stately Victorian mansions and other historic homes, many visible only from the water, while a guide shares stories about the properties and the families who built them. Watch for bald eagles overhead, herons and egrets in the shallows, and turtles basking on logs. The experience is peaceful, family friendly, and full of photo opportunities for anyone who loves the outdoors. Guests are welcome to bring breakfast or brunch to enjoy on board. Small coolers are allowed, and adult beverages may be brought along.

Get acquainted with Pathfinder Second Edition in an introductory session that explains core gameplay. Learn how combat works, how to approach skill challenges, and how to identify and handle traps and haunts, including what sets them apart. The session also guides you through creating a character and answers common questions about the system.

Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on clay session where you will create personalized clay magnets. Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced makers, you will be guided step by step in an easygoing, creative setting. Light refreshments are provided.

At Grumpys, Medium Sirena La Point will move through the room offering messages from loved ones who have passed, and guests can savor the restaurant’s well known garbage salad. If you receive a reading, an MP3 of the event will be emailed the following Monday, and please note that a message is not guaranteed. Ideal for a date night, a celebration with friends, or time to unwind in nature, this sunset experience turns simple moments into lasting memories.

Located on the waterfront in Riverside, this event offers a stage, fire pits, comfortable seating, and food and beverages.

Set out on a guided nature walk led by a naturalist to look for animal tracks, bird nests, and other signs of wildlife. The route covers 1.8 miles, and shared binoculars will be available for spotting along the way. Meet at the Nature Center.

Embark on a 3-hour cruise aboard the Glass City Pearl that travels from the Maumee River to Lake Erie, showcasing Toledo’s maritime scenery and history. Take in views of the Toledo Harbor Lighthouse and the historic remains of the Turtle Island Lighthouse as the landscape shifts from river to open lake. The route may change depending on water levels. Guests may bring their own food and beverages, including spirits, and are welcome to pack a cooler for a picnic on board. Expect fresh lake breezes, memorable photo opportunities, and a relaxing way to experience the region’s lighthouse landmarks, ideal for history lovers, lighthouse fans, and photographers.
