The 12U and 14U divisions move to player pitching, and those games have a 75 minute hard stop.

The 19th Annual GGSA Fall Fast Pitch League welcomes young ladies at every experience level to an instructional environment. The emphasis is on a relaxed, positive atmosphere where seasoned players can continue developing their skills and those who are newer to the game can learn fast pitch fundamentals. Divisions include 8U Coach Pitch designed for recreational teams, with games limited to one hour by a drop dead time rule. The 10U division uses machine pitch, while the 12U and 14U divisions are player pitch, each with a 75 minute drop dead time limit.

This monthly dementia education session in the Gathering Room is led by Susie Wilkins, RN, CDP. I AM WHAT I AM Recordings & Productions presents an intimate, multi-artist night at Trojan City Music in the new TCM Performance Hall, headlined by idiedtrying. NPR called this I AM WHAT I AM recording artist a “self contained creative dynamo.” J. Anthony (Tony) Goff, performing as a one-man act, brings an immersive, multimedia set as the project nears its 25-year anniversary, with the closest, most up-close staging yet. Special guest absent the mind, the original project from Tyler Mayes, draws on 90s Seattle grunge, late 60s psych rock, and 2010s indie pop, performing songs from the record “frequencies” alongside new material. Additional sets include John Hendry, returning to solo performance for the first time in over a decade and the first time back on stage since covid, with music described as acoustic, folk and country singer songwriter. Hendry is also the owner of Trojan City Music and the TCM Performance Hall. TIME IS NOW brings Midwest Kazoo Core in a one-man passion project, James Atkins showcases a gritty, loud acoustic sound with sharp vocals that nod to classic country, and metalcore duo The Lazarus Effect makes its debut in support of the record “Life.” Visual art is part of the evening as well, featuring work by Josh Arnold. Bethany Shoaf Tompkins of Silly Sewing Goose offers old school, hand cranked chainstitch embroidery, with on-the-spot custom stitching available for jackets, bags, vests, and more. This all-ages event has very limited capacity in a small, close-quarters room, and a previous show sold out.
