The performance includes the group’s most recognizable hits alongside new songs from the album 3 Chord Trick, produced by Alan Clark and Phil Palmer, plus a few surprises. With Dire Straits’ catalog that has sold over 120 million albums worldwide, the set draws from six platinum releases and features classics such as Money for Nothing, Sultans of Swing, Romeo and Juliet, Walk of Life, Brothers in Arms, Tunnel of Love and more. On stage are Dire Straits veterans Alan Clark, the band’s first keyboardist, Phil Palmer and Danny Cummings, who both recorded On Every Street, and Mel Collins, who appeared on the singles Love Over Gold and Twisting by the Pool. Each has performed live with Dire Straits across multiple global tours. They are joined by bassist Steve Walters, known for work with George Michael, drummer Cristiano Micalizzi, Primiano Di Biase, one of Europe’s most sought-after keyboardists, and frontman Marco Caviglia, widely regarded as a leading authority on Mark Knopfler’s distinctive guitar style.
