    Integration Circle

6051 N Brookline Ave, Oklahoma City
    See details

Born from the momentum of the class A New Earth, A New You, this ongoing Integration Circle offers a dedicated space to deepen understanding and apply insights in everyday life. It remains connected to teachings from A New Earth while welcoming new methods, practices, and tools as the work evolves. The current focus is the Right Use of Will series by Ceanne DeRohan, beginning with the book Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body. Rather than a traditional book club, sessions blend reading with guided exercises, experiential practice, group discussion, energy-based tools, and training designed to support living and embodying the material. Participants learn to meet the present moment with greater awareness, recognize patterns and conditioning, observe inner experience without being pulled into it, give emotions room to be felt and integrated, and use grounding and embodiment practices to support lasting change. The emphasis is on carrying insight beyond the classroom and into relationships, choices, challenges, and daily life so the energy one lives from begins to shift over time. New participants are welcome, and prior attendance at A New Earth, A New You is not required, though it can provide a helpful foundation. Sessions are offered at Radiant Healing Arts Center, Room 1, with options to attend in person or online. Registration is required. The fee is $50 per class, with package discounts available.

    Hoshin Tao Chi Kung

6051 N Brookline Ave, Oklahoma City
    See details

Experience a traditional energy practice that blends quiet meditation, intentional breathing, and mindful movement to cultivate balance and vitality. Consistent practice is associated with a calmer mind and spirit, sharper performance in study, creative work, and sports, better overall wellness, and a longer, healthier life. With more advanced training, some practitioners explore higher methods that may lead to kundalini rising. This pay-what-you-can session is led by Grayson Trice of the Dojo of the Sun & Moon. Introduced to Japanese martial traditions at a young age and later a national Sambo champion, Grayson studied internal martial arts and Eastern healing arts for more than a decade under Glenn J. Morris, Ph.D. and Sci.D. He holds black belts in Sambo at master sport level, Kyushin Ryu at shodan, and Hoshin Roshi Ryu Jutaijutsu at nidan. On April 1, 2000, Dr. Morris recognized his completion of the Greater Kan and Li and certified him to teach Hoshin Tao Chi Kung, granting him permission to lead a Hoshin dojo. Grayson went on to serve as chaplain for Hoshin Roshi Ryu until 2006, helped establish the Hoshin Hermetic Society, and continues to offer instruction in energy work, meditation, Western esoterics, and related disciplines. His focus is on preserving the healing tradition passed to him and making these transformative practices accessible to people regardless of circumstance.

He holds black belts in Sambo at the master sport level, Kyushin Ryu at shodan, and Hoshin Roshi Ryu Jutaijutsu at nidan. In 2000, Dr. Morris recognized his attainment in Greater Kan and Li and granted him Hoshin Tao Chi Kung instructor certification, after which he served as chaplain of Hoshin Roshi Ryu and established the Hoshin Hermetic Society in keeping with his teacher’s wishes. As sifu of the Dojo of the Sun & Moon, he focuses on the healing arts and offers instruction in Hoshin Tao Chi Kung, energy healing, meditation, Western esoterics, and related studies, with a mission to preserve and share the tradition he was given so it remains accessible to all.

Participants can craft either a coordinated set of four coasters or a single statement tile mounted as art on a wooden framed base. The project uses ceramic 4.5-inch tiles, with options for gold or silver oil paint accents and diamond glitter, then everything is sealed with a glossy finish and completed with felt backing. Fire safety will be discussed before using torches, and no children are permitted. Bring dinner if you would like, or choose from snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Jamie Lin Wilson at The Old Icehouse

    101 W 2nd St, Edmond
    See details

Jamie Lin Wilson brings her heartfelt Texas storytelling to The Old Icehouse. Raised in Sealy, she picked up the guitar in college and quickly discovered that songwriting was more than a pastime. She cut her teeth on the road with The Gougers, then found rich harmonies with the all-female group The Trishas before stepping forward as a solo artist. Her solo albums, Holidays & Wedding Rings (2015) and Jumping Over Rocks (2018), center on clear-eyed truth, touching on heartbreak, motherhood, restless ambition, and quiet moments. Rooted in the Texas Hill Country, her writing is guided by grit, grace, and a deep respect for story, and her warm, lived-in voice can quiet a barroom or fill a room with feeling. She now balances festival appearances and writing sessions with raising four children in D’Hanis, Texas, a life that fuels her songs with authenticity. This appearance spotlights a road-tested artist whose melodies and narratives linger long after the last note.
