Transcription Mission Work Group
Ahead of America’s 250th anniversary of Independence, this citizen archivist mission focuses on transcribing Revolutionary War pension files for the NARA/NPS effort. Meetings are offered in a hybrid format, with options to participate at the RVGS Library or online through Zoom. Newcomers can learn how to get started, and participants can share who they are transcribing while discussing transcription challenges and solutions. Attendance is free for all, and returning members do not need to re-register.
