The plan includes multiple meetup spots so clubs and drivers from different cities can merge into the convoy along the route. The start is at Rogue Valley Mall, with additional planned stops in Grants Pass, Roseburg, Halsey, and Salem before rolling into Newberg. Depending on where participants are coming from, it could turn into a two day, one night trip. After arriving, the group will pause for dinner, then head to the drive-in for the feature. Timing for meetups may be adjusted as attendance numbers come in, and the event has been rescheduled.

Participants receive all the supplies needed to assemble a simple household air cleaner at no cost, a materials package valued at $60, and guidance grounded in current science and health recommendations. Attendance is limited to 18 people and preregistration is required. Led by Sara Jones, Community Engagement Coordinator for the Ashland Forest Resiliency, the class covers how to put together a basic indoor air filter with the provided materials, enroll in the local emergency alert system, locate reliable air quality data and forecasts, use budget friendly strategies to improve indoor air, and set up a clean room for your household.
