A free, single-day celebration of culture takes place at Pear Blossom Park Blocks in Medford, featuring entertainment, games, and food.

Begin your painting journey in a supportive, small-group class led by instructor Cheryl Magellen at Central Art in Medford. This introductory session aims to demystify painting and make getting started feel approachable for absolute beginners, those returning after a long break, or anyone curious about different mediums. Learn how to build a painting step by step, explore how shape, value, and color work together, and compare the advantages and limitations of watercolor, acrylic, oil, and soft pastel. Guidance focuses on building confidence and understanding why creating art can be both enjoyable and fulfilling. Class size is limited to five students for personal attention, and supplies are provided for new students. Registration is required, and no prior experience is needed.

This public event features a music and talent showcase with free entry and complimentary coffee. Concessions will be available, and a 50/50 raffle will take place.
