The experience of bereavement can be complex, with emotions that do not follow a straight path. It may feel confusing, surprising, or isolating. Practical matters often arise as well, from finances and wills to death certificates. These responsibilities can be overwhelming, and many find it helpful to talk them through with others who have faced similar circumstances. This program is secular. People of any faith tradition or none are welcome to speak from their own experience. Confidentiality is essential, and nothing discussed within the group may be shared outside it.
