Piano Express Summer Camp is a fast-paced, week-long group piano experience for kids ages 7 to 11. Each day from Monday through Friday focuses on guided piano learning and practice, plus fun music games and skill-building activities. Camp includes hands-on work using the Piano Express program, along with support from instructors, so students can make quick progress without needing to practice at home.

At Murrysville Community Park, the annual Concert in the Park features three live bands, food trucks, beverage vendors, and a fireworks display. Band rosters, participating trucks, and additional details will be shared as updates become available.

Launched in 2024, it has grown into a favorite place to shop local, support small businesses, and connect with the community. The market runs rain or shine, taking place outdoors on the Greensburg Garden & Civic Center lawn during the outdoor season and moving indoors when weather calls for it. Select dates feature KidTrepreneur Market Days where young makers showcase their creations alongside established vendors. Themed Pop-Up Markets also occur, expanding the experience with more vendors, seasonal themes, and special activities. Amenities include free admission, free parking, indoor restrooms, a family-friendly atmosphere, and leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Camp Urbie’s Adventure Camp offers a weeklong indoor experience at Urban Air Adventure Park where kids can stay cool and active. The schedule blends staff-led activities, games, and friendly competitions with plenty of open play. Each participant receives a camp T-shirt from Urban Air and is provided with nutritious snacks and balanced lunches for energy throughout the day. Full-day and half-day options are available, and drop-ins are offered based on availability with in-park purchase only.

Enjoy a fun morning with Randy and Lisa Koslosky as music and stories take center stage. Randy leads children in singalong songs, and Lisa brings a story to life with an engaging read aloud. The program is geared toward ages 2 to 6, but everyone is welcome. Parents can sip coffee, connect with one another, and take in a cozy atmosphere while little ones play, sing, and dance. The plan is to gather on the patio if the weather cooperates. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

Piano Express is a drop-in, multi-level summer piano class for students ages 6 to 16 (adult participation is optional). Students continue building their piano skills through the summer, and they can attend as often as they’d like for extra practice and accountability. The class is designed for players who are already working at Piano Express levels 1 through 6, and teachers are on hand to help as needed. Discovery times can vary based on the levels of students in attendance.

Join for Lorcana Weekly Open Play, a casual get-together to play Disney Lorcana TCG. From friendly matches to practice for upcoming events like prereleases and set championships, this open play session is a great chance to jump in, meet other players, and get games going. Townsend Park hosts an evening of live music from The Adorabulls, with Allusion Brewing pouring and Super Dawgs serving up eats. Settle in beneath the trees with a chair or blanket and enjoy the park setting. Each night features both a food vendor and a beer vendor.

An indoor nine hole mini golf course transforms gallery artworks into imaginative obstacles, offering a playful summer experience at the Museum for visitors of all ages. Each custom hole draws inspiration from a different piece on display, blending creativity, exploration, and friendly competition. Players can add to their total by completing a trivia scavenger hunt throughout the Museum. Support for this experience is provided by Art Bridges, The Committee for The Westmoreland, the McKinney Charitable Foundation, the Hillman Foundation, The Heinz Endowments, and the Westmoreland County Tourism Grant Program, with lead corporate partnership from Robindale and The Kroh Family.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. The event will be held rain or shine. A 50/50 drawing is planned, with part of the proceeds benefiting the Jeannette Food Pantry.
