Pages to Pavement brings a burst of color in support of local libraries, welcoming runners and walkers of all ages. This untimed event offers both a 5K and a 1-mile option, making it a friendly fit for families, book lovers, fitness fans, and anyone up for a lively outing. Along the route, participants are showered with bright, environmentally friendly color powder that turns the included white T-shirt into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Registration includes a commemorative shirt, and some late registrations may receive a plain white T-shirt instead of a printed race shirt. Thanks to the Bloomsburg Fair Association for generously providing the space.

Two days of cheer fundamentals and fun await at a youth camp hosted at Donald H. Eichhorn Middle School. The camp is open to students in Kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2026–2027 school year, and no prior cheer experience is required. Registration is $40 and includes a camp T-shirt.

Wildberry Studios in Downtown Williamsport hosts a hands-on stained glass workshop centered on ocean themed designs. Over four hours, participants create a finished piece while learning the Tiffany method and the came method. Judy provides guidance as you choose your colors, plan your design, cut glass, and solder. All materials and instruction are included, and the fee is $125. No experience is required. Suitable for ages 16 and up. This workshop is also offered on additional summer dates.

Facilitated by Emily Kahn, MSW, this monthly support group is for care partners supporting loved ones with terminal illnesses, including dementia. Anticipatory grief, often described as a long goodbye, can feel isolating and confusing. The group offers a compassionate, judgment-free place to connect, share experiences, and be among others facing similar circumstances. No registration is required. Perfect for first timers and those brushing up on the basics, this free beginner-friendly session covers casting and reeling technique, introductory knot tying, and core fishing concepts with practical tips. All fishing gear is provided, and participants will receive a full size Pennsylvania Fish poster to take home. All ages are welcome, and the program is designed to build confidence to head out on the water.

This low cost vaccine clinic is by appointment only and offers microchipping for $20, rabies vaccines for $35, and Bordetella vaccines for $12.50. Distemper vaccines are free, thanks to Petco Love. Appointment availability is limited, so schedule by calling 570-322-4646. A $10 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to help cover the veterinarian’s time in the event of a no show. That deposit is credited to your total at checkout, or refunded if your visit is only for the distemper vaccine.

FARMFEST brings a two-day music lineup featuring Last Call Beautiful alongside the Amish Outlaws, The Heartstrings, and more. Create a sea inspired stained glass piece at a hands-on, four hour workshop held at Wildberry Studios in downtown Williamsport. Instruction covers both the Tiffany and came methods, with step by step guidance on glass cutting and soldering. Participants choose their own color palette and develop a personal design with help from Judy. The session welcomes beginners and experienced makers alike, and is open to ages 16 and older. The fee is $125 and includes all materials and instruction.

Enjoy a lively bingo fundraiser featuring prizes that include designer handbags, cash, and jewelry from a local jeweler, with complimentary resizing available. Jewelry options range across silver, gold, pearls, and diamonds. Each ticket includes lunch and entry into twenty regular games. Extra chances to win come with a Winner’s Choice opening round, four special games, a 50/50, a basket raffle, and rips. If a game has multiple winners, those who do not take the prize receive a raffle ticket for a second chance drawing. In the Winner’s Choice round, the first winner selects one of the regular-game prizes, and a replacement is added so all twenty regular games still proceed. Add-on pricing is available, with Winner’s Choice at $10 per sheet or three for $20, special games at $5 per sheet or eight for $30, and basket raffle entries at $10 for 25 tickets or $15 for 50. The shelter welcomes donations of bleach, clumping cat litter, and trash bags in 13 or 33 gallon sizes or larger, and bringing one of these items earns a raffle ticket for a $100 drawing. Centered Earth hosts a hands-on wheel throwing class designed for ages 8 to 15. An instructor begins with a demonstration of the process, then offers step-by-step guidance as each student creates a bowl on the wheel. Finished work remains at the studio for kiln firing and a dip glaze in the color of your choice, with pickup available in about three weeks. The fee includes all necessary materials and firing. This class is limited to ages 8 to 15.

Once known as Knit-Picking, Crafter Hours welcomes all hobbies, not only knitting. Pack your current project, whether it is crochet, embroidery, painting, scrapbooking, journaling, or something entirely different, and spend some unhurried time creating alongside others. This is an informal meetup rather than a class, so there is no instruction and everyone sets their own pace. Beginners and experienced makers are equally welcome. Enjoy an evening of bingo on a 2-hour cruise. Doors open for tickets that include up to 10 bingo games on 3 boards per game, plus light snacks and one complimentary soda or bottled water. Bingo will keep going until 10 minutes before the cruise ends, and you must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.

Explore the timeless board game of go, also known as baduk or weiqi, in a friendly club setting. This gathering welcomes everyone from first-time players to experienced competitors. Participants can work through puzzles, play casual and teaching games, get introductory guidance, and discuss books and strategies. The emphasis is on discovering the depth of this classic game with straightforward rules and boundless tactical and strategic possibilities, all while enjoying a supportive atmosphere for learning and growth.

Bubbles return to the Lewisburg Children’s Museum for a morning of playful foam and hands-on fun for families. After attracting a large turnout last summer, this year brings even more to explore, including a new foam cannon, a dedicated toddler bubble area, giant bubbles, interactive stations with bubble-focused STEAM activities, and creative bubble-themed crafts, along with additional space and activities. Admission is $5 per person ages 2 and up, with tickets available in advance as well as at the door. A bike raffle will be held, offering 2 tickets for $5 or 5 tickets for $10. Refreshments will be available for purchase, with ice pops and bottled water priced at $1 each. Proceeds support the museum’s Count Me In program, which helps ensure access to museum experiences for children and families regardless of financial circumstances. Please note that the museum will be closed during this event, general museum admission is not included, and memberships do not cover entry. Wear clothing and shoes that can get wet and bring a towel for the ride home.

Memory Connections Support Group offers a welcoming space where individuals living with memory loss can take part in meaningful, engaging activities while care partners connect with others who understand their experience. It is designed for both care partners and their loved ones, bringing together supportive conversation and purposeful activities. Advance registration is required if you will be attending with a person living with dementia so organizers can prepare activities that are functional, engaging, and supported by the community. This gathering is hosted by a partner in the Memory Connections network and is not a Bloomsburg Public Library event.

Still Blooming is a survivor art program for teens from Transitions of PA, presented with local artists and in partnership with Wellspan Evangelical Community Hospital. This session centers on Sumi ink with instructor Carrie Sterling at the Art Academy of Milton, one of eight workshops that explore creative paths to healing after trauma. There is no cost to attend. At Centered Earth, learn hand-building techniques while crafting a functional stoneware serving piece. Choose either two small tapas plates for appetizers or a single larger tray. The POUND workout returns to You Can Do It Dance & Fitness-YCDI for a six week summer session. Explore Czech glass beadwork at Centered Earth in a hands-on bracelet class. Bloomsburg jewelry artist Luann Gilliland will bring an assortment of bead motifs, including flowers and dragonflies, in a wide range of colors. Participants will assemble their own bracelet and complete it with a pewter toggle clasp for a handcrafted touch. Recommended for adults and for youth ages 8 and older. Youth under 15 should attend with an accompanying adult.

Every other Thursday, except March 26 and December 31, this ages 14+ club meets in Gross Room B to explore tabletop role-playing games. New and experienced players can jump into fresh worlds, craft characters, and share stories at the table. Each month highlights different game systems, settings, and play styles, offering a mix of one-shot adventures and introductions to ongoing campaigns.
