Unicorn Paint Party

At The Painted Palmetto Art Studio, children ages 5 and up can enjoy a creative unicorn-themed painting session. With clear, step-by-step guidance from an instructor, each child decorates a pre-sketched canvas with paint and a touch of glitter. Participants also craft a unicorn headband, and a treat that matches the theme is provided. Parents may stay and take part, or they can drop off their child for the class. Projects are planned to be completed during the session, and advance registration is encouraged.

Sacred Rage + Somatic Hip Release

Guides Catherine and Barbara offer a supportive space for embodied healing, moving from expression to release to deep integration. The session explores how anger can be held in the body when boundaries go unspoken and emotions are pushed down, and invites participants to let that energy move so creativity and joy can emerge. Catherine leads somatic practices that help you connect with anger through physical sensation. Barbara follows with a somatic hip opening sequence to release and discharge stuck energy. The experience concludes with a gentle sound bath to support integration. Capacity is intentionally small, and the atmosphere is intimate.
