The session centers on ana pana, also called natural respiration or nostril breathing, with plenty of quiet and occasional gentle instruction. All experience levels are welcome, including beginners. Registration is available through a donation button or by dropping in. A sliding-scale donation of 2.00 to 8.00 supports a teahouse nonprofit, and participation is welcome regardless of ability to pay. Food and drink purchases are encouraged. The gathering takes place in a classroom and meditation space on the second level. Organized by Bradley Dargan, a yoga practitioner and instructor with more than 15 years of meditation experience who focuses on breath and mindfulness practices.
