Lighthouse Knoxville, 6800 Baum Dr SW, Knoxville
    See details

Settle into a restorative breathwork journey where your inhale meets live, layered sound and your exhale invites ease. As the mind quiets and the outside world softens, breath, music, and intention come together to soothe the nervous system and reconnect you with your inner rhythm. This immersive container blends guided breathing, healing soundscapes, and subtle energy work to support deep release, clarity, and a broader sense of awareness. The musical landscape features live didgeridoo, classical guitar, and looping crafted by Simon Raphael, while Rebekah Crow offers Reiki and energy work to encourage emotional unwinding and balance. The session is held by Wael Shukha, whose background in breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, and Harmonic Breath techniques emphasizes safety, compassion, and renewal. The setting at The Lighthouse Knoxville provides a calm retreat with a luminous, spacious interior, open green surroundings, and a quiet pond, creating an atmosphere well suited for breath-led introspection and live sound immersion. This experience welcomes first-time breathwork participants, highly sensitive individuals, energy practitioners, and anyone seeking emotional release, clarity, or a renewed connection with body and spirit.
