Kingsport hosts the K-pop Golden Show at Renaissance Arts Center & Theatre, a high-energy live production filled with dynamic dance, striking visuals, and favorite K-pop hits. Marking the first session of this program, Rhonda leads a slow-flow yoga class created for all experience levels. The practice includes 60 minutes of mindful movement followed by a 15 minute savasana for rest. The drop-in cost is $10. Capacity is set for 20 mats, and spots can be reserved in advance with Venmo or PayPal prepayment. As equipment inventory grows, more mats, blocks, and straps will be available, so bringing your own for now is helpful.
