DFW World Juggling Day

Celebrate World Juggling Day in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a community gathering at the Recreation Center at Towne Lake gym. This local meetup is part of the International Jugglers' Association global celebration, bringing enthusiasts together to practice, share skills, and enjoy playful challenges. A group photo and a large outdoor toss are planned. Participants can bring balls, bounce balls, rings, clubs, rolla bolla, kendama, devil sticks, flower sticks, diabolo, poi, unicycles, hoops, and yo-yos for open juggling and flow arts. For safety, knives, fire poi, fire staff, and torches are permitted outdoors only and are not allowed inside the gym. Presented by International Jugglers' Association World Juggling Day, DFW Juggling & Circus Arts, and McKinney Juggling Club.

Rewilding the Energy Centers

A seasonal workshop led by dream teacher Valley Reed invites participants to explore energy and instinct through group dreamwork and embodied practices supported by drum rhythms. Journey through the seven chakras while building relationships with animal allies for guidance, protection, and healing. The focus is on letting go of what no longer serves, renewing purpose and vitality at the shift from spring to summer, and aligning with the elements and the energy of the Summer Solstice. Activities include cleansing and repairing the energy field, discovering animal guides connected to each center, and cultivating a conscious bond with the wild, instinctive self. Bring a dream journal, a blanket or yoga mat for lying down, and a few natural offerings for a shared altar. Attendance is limited to 10, and the gathering is held at a private location in Native McKinney with details provided upon registration.
