A trunk-or-treat themed car meet brings together electric vehicle owners and enthusiasts in Richmond. Participants can decorate their cars, wear costumes, and share candy. The gathering takes place in the parking area by the Starbucks at Libbie Mill-Midtown, and signs and music will help you find the location. Several public chargers are nearby, though fees apply. The event is weather dependent and will be cancelled if rain is heavy enough to require windshield wipers. Shade is available and coffee is close at hand.
