Tuesday Night A&B Pace Ride
Ride 30 miles on the Classic Shop Airport Loop with separate A and B pace groups. The B group targets about 18 to 20 mph and will regroup after both sprint sections, while the A group moves at 20 mph and above. There are two designated sprint segments. This is a no-drop ride, but participants should be prepared to sustain the listed speeds to keep the groups flowing smoothly.
Weekly Salsa/Bachata Intro Class - Walk-Ins Welcome
This weekly beginner class offers a friendly, low-pressure introduction to Latin dance, splitting time between salsa and bachata. Content rotates from week to week, and drop-ins are welcome, whether stopping by once or returning to build skills over time. No partner or prior experience is required. Bring a water bottle and shoes with smooth, non-sticky soles to move comfortably. Pricing is up to $20, with student and military discounts available with ID, plus discount packages.
Ballet VirginiaSTL Book Club NFK || Camino Winds
A cozy winter book club gathering at the NFK studio welcomes book loving yogis and all readers, and snacks are welcome if you would like to bring your own. The conversation focuses on a mystery set on a Florida island, where bookstore owner Bruce Cable stays as Hurricane Leo makes landfall, then learns that his friend and fellow author Nelson Kerr has died in circumstances that do not match the storm. With local police stretched thin, Bruce begins to investigate, suspecting that characters from Nelson’s pages might have real world counterparts and that a draft on Nelson’s computer could hold the key, leading to discoveries more shocking and dangerous than any twist in print. Capacity is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Members attend at no cost, nonmembers pay $5, and proceeds support REACH VB. Copies are available at the OTM shop.
